One of the best pho places in the Richmond area. Rice paper rolls are fantastic. They aren’t made to order fresh, but made each day fresh. The speed at which the food comes out is astonishing. Atmosphere is okay. They recently replaced all the seating. If you need a quick lunch, go here. Meat and rice dishes are fantastic as well. Pay up front so it’s quick.

The Pho Tai is good and the broth was just right, it had a good balance of noodles and meat.

We’ve been coming to Pho So 1 for more than 10 years, and we still eat here at least once a week or every other week. That’s how much we love this place. It’s one of the very few restaurants that has remained consistently excellent over the years. The quality has never changed, which is something we truly appreciate.
