“Unique atmosphere for fresh, flavorful Mexican food. Nice selection of sauces for the specialties or the build-your-own burritos. My go to is the Elvis Presley Memorial Combo enchiladas. We love the chips and jalapeno ranch dip. Good for the family. Busy but reasonable waits. Friendly servers and staff.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly“
“The Tipsy Chick is amazing alone, te bacon bourbon marmalade takes this taco to a whole level I wasn’t expecting! It’s a must to have the Trailer Park “Trashy”… I order extra bacon bourbon marmalade to make the Trashy Trailer park Boughetto!!! The Scallywag was ok as Taco of the Month though!“
“everything was delicious! restaurant and bathrooms were clean (big thing for me). the shrimp chimichanga was fantastic and cooked perfectly. service and timing of food coming out was great as well. def recommend one of the best mexican restaurants i've been to.“
“Y’all, I’m from Texas and as such salsa is a very serious matter in our house. This is among the best I’ve ever had anywhere and hands down the best I’ve ever had in Virginia. I’m sad the container is empty—that’s how good it was. If you haven’t discovered this local gem, definitely check it out!“
“I have to say that this is our go-to spot for Sunday lunch most weeks, so we naturally love it as a family. They have a huge selection of self-serve salsas which is a unique experience in a Mexican restaurant setting. The decor and atmosphere is also really nice, it has a clean feel with homie delicious smells, making you feel you are at home or visiting a close relative. We usually get tacos here, the meat is always on point and vegetables are fresh.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian fajitas“
“Amazing food, service, atmosphere and prices. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, you never have to wait long to sit or order and the food is always delicious. My husband and I are regulars and I’ve ordered almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed.“
“I had the burrito de la Mexicana and it was amazing! I also had xango, the dessert, and it was sweet and crunchy. The music was banger after banger, I just wanted to get up and dance! I can't wait to come back and try more food entrees!“
“Great place to stop in after a trip to the zoo! Very good value! Hidden gem as you can't see it from the main drag. Had the chorizo and pollo. Wife had a taco salad. Both were excellent about 10$ each and more like dinner portions (see value comment above) :-)“
“Food was better than my last visit. Everything exactly as I requested. And there was only one noisy table this time. My food was served in a timely manner. My waitress checked on me frequently. My only complaint is I never got extra napkins. Beyond that, I am very happy with the service.“
“We live right down the road from this place so we go quite often. The service is great, the staff is very kind and attentive. You have to try the avocado fries, they are like heaven in your mouth. If you're looking for a good marg, I'd go with the jalapeño margarita, just the right bit of kick. I got the pollo Yucatan last time I was in there and it did not disappoint!“
“This is one of our regular haunts for Mexican food but tonight was Valentine’s Day and it was packed. Even so we were seated quickly and the service was exemplary! No less than 4 staff checked on us throughout dinner. Our waitress was on point and kept us in drinks checking on us regularly. Bravo, La Fuente staff!!!“
