“Our family had dinner here the other day and it was excellent. My husband got the special and it was amazing. I got the fajitas for two so we would have some to take home. I had a medium margarita and my husband had a large. My only complaint was, I got the wrong drink as mine said it had peppers in it. The area is small so the tables are really packed in. The food arrived quickly and the chips and salsa held us over until it did. The menu is extensive, definitely something for everyone.“
“I've ordered food for carryout from here a lot and let me just say it's always amazing and they've never once messed up my order. Today I asked for a couple hot sauce packets for an online order thinking they'd just give me some Texas Pete or something but no, I got 3 small containers of fresh hot salsas and sauces that were incredible. I wouldn't normally leave a review, but these people deserve your business.“
“Every single time that our family comes to Mi Jalisco (once a week), we have the best experience. The service, the team, the food and the overall experience is 10/10. Even if there were to be a minor thing, the team is 100 in responding. Our young children love this place so much, and we agree, that it has replaced “pizza” on the weekend.“
“Went here with friends a few evenings back. I had one of the best Spinach Quesadillas in my life here. So flavorful! Unfortunately, I really wanted a margarita with it. That would've made the meal complete. My sister said she had seen margaritas listed here online, but our server informed us they do not serve any alcohol. Bummer!I still highly recommend this place for its food though.“
“Amazing place to get authentic south American food! Dollar taco Tuesday and $1 dollar papoosa's on Wednesday!!! The most authentic I've found in rva really! ? Easy to call ahead and pick up and go as well! 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone!!!“
“We went to Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens and once again they had no vegan option for us so we got on Happy Cow and found this place. They did a fabulous fajita for us with salad and guacamole. “While exploring Yelp, I came across Shelly's, a cozy restaurant with a loyal local following. I opted for two different types of pupusas - one with beans and one with pork. The prices were super affordable and the food was decently sized. However, be prepared to wait a bit (15-20 mins) because they make it fresh. The flavors surpassed my expectations, with the bean pupusa standing out for its rich seasoning. I look forward to returning to Shelly's to explore more of their menu offerings!“
“Modern Mexican restaurant located in a welcoming location. I took my family there for a get together. The service was fair, there were a couple of empty glasses of water at the table but it’s understandable as our server was completing her closing duties. The food was good, portions massive, drinks tasty. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.“

“I’ve made it my mission to try the birria tacos from as many Mexican restaurants as I possibly can. And so far these are my fave. They’re packed with meet, delicious flavor and that consomé has depth in flavor as well, a bit is that green sauce and it pulls it all together with a little bit of spice.“

“We have eaten at 2 Las Palmas in Virginia Beach and we must say this is the best one by far. The food is excellent, the staff go over & beyond to make sure your visit is a good one. The manager Fernando is the Best & friendliest manager I've ever met. If in Richmond area this place us a must.“
“Absolutely fantastic! Tacos were exceptional. The Verde sauce on the chicken enchiladas was so flavorful. The flan we had for dessert was incredible. Combination of such wonderful food and margaritas with great service made perhaps the best meal I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant.“
