“We ate at the Mechanicsville location on our way home from out of state. I always order a chimichanga every time I have Mexican, which is often. I ordered one today with ground beef. When it was brought out to me it looked like a taquito ( a 1/3 of the size). A manager came over and was not happy when I told him that. He said that was their normal size chimi’s. To top it all off when I took my first bite It was shredded beef instead of ground beef. I put do NOT RECOMMEND and do not know what happened and now I cannot change it!!!!!!’“

“First off my Wife cannot eat anything with dairy and our Waiter had the cook put something together for her to eat??THANK YOU?? the dish not only looked like a painting but it was delicious.
I got the dish with the drizzle of dressing on it and a Corona Beer with lime.
From the pictures hopefully you can see we scoffed down the entire meal. Total Bill just $43 Bucks. Between the food quality and the ambiance of sitting outside along the water way it all just seemed too surreal. We were just visiting this Great State and actually walked back to our hotel feeling a little light footed and smiled at each other that we found a little diamond in the ruff in downtown Virginia. I didn't see anywhere to park. Perhaps park your car opposite the highway feed the meter and walk down.
I recommend an evening for Lunch or Dinner and of course tell them THE GURU sent you. Enjoy?

“Always love coming here! Today we had lunch, in memory of my Uncle, who recently passed… this was his favorite place to eat in the area. He loved speaking fluent Spanish with the waitresses and drinking non-alcoholic margaritas. My crab enchiladas were perfect! Miss you Uncle Grayson!

“Came for lunch. There weren't many people in there but it filled up really quick after about 10 minutes. Make sure you know some kind of Spanish because there is only one worker there who speaks English. The tacos were decent sized and the prices weren't bad just less cilantro and onions and more meat was needed for them. The place is small so depending on how many people are in at the time you mat be waiting for a little bit. Not bad I'd come back again.“

“I ordered from DoorDash. I got a Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. It was not bad. I was just really missing some red hot sauce. It's very filling and easily two meals. I didn't expect whole beans, but didn't mind it.The grilled scallions were huge! It was just missing some lime.Nothing major stood out.“

“I love this restaurant! While living around the Mechanicsville area, my husband and I loved to get Chori Pollo. So much so that even now that we have moved away, I will still pop by for this tasty dish. Consistently tasty, well prepared, always on time for pick up and the staff is kind. I have never had any issues, and highly recommend this restaurant!“

“With the service, it takes a long time to serve what you order, I understand that they do what you order at the moment, but it was too long waiting.
Vegetarian options: There is no vegetarian option
Parking: When it's not crowded there is very good parking space.
Kid-friendliness: It is a restaurant but they still sell alcoholic beverages and listen to music. I do not recommend children because of the people who are drinking. It can be uncomfortable watching your children go there with a drunk or the conversations are loud.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes and no because the space inside is reduced by the tables.“

“I recently visited Qdoba, and it was an outstanding experience! The ingredients were fresh, and I loved the variety of options to customize my bowl. The staff was friendly and quick, and they made sure everything was done just right. I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for guac or queso, which makes the meal even better! The flavors were amazing – bold and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a quick and delicious meal. Definitely coming back!“

“This is new ownership and a new beginning. I wished they brought in new furniture instead of using the old stuff. The ice machine and the coke machine are still having issues like before. I will give them a second chance but they need to really focus on the atmosphere and keeping everything working so you can truly enjoy your meal. It’s going to take some time for the new staff to learn how to roll a Burrito so be patient with everyone. The food was good but we had a bunch of stale chips in our bag, they will improve on this as well. I will update once I go back again in a couple of weeks. Good luck new owners“
