“Very limited space, no wheelchair accessibility if necessary, online ordered our pizza and was told 15 mins yet waited 45 for our pizza even after paying & was asked 3x by the same employee if he could help me with something and told him the same thing each time that I was still waiting on our food. Did not have the staff to meet the demands“
“Liz is the epitome of a great manager, and customer service. Called her yesterday afteroon after i had returned from purchasing two subs. Commented it was not what i expected. She was so kind, and because of her kindness it was hard to be upset. Liz asked me to return to pick up another sub and she would personally make it. Explained to her i had an engagement and couldn't make it back yesterday afternoon. Liz asked me to stop by next day (Saturday) and she would promptly make another sub. Stopped by late this morning, Liz greeted my sister with a nice handshake, and as she kindly promised, made the Tuna melt it was absolutely delicious. It is because of this extraordinary customer service i will return to patronize this Subway. Thank you Liz.“
“My pizza was perfect, young lady running the show was on it, I ordered, went to Food Lion next door to pay over the top prices and returned to a hot and ready pie for less than twelve bucks, just FYI, tip jar by the register... thank you young lady, for a couple meals and maybe a snack for less than twelve bucks..“
“I am a front end cashier here. The pace is always busy, but I am a people person & do my best for customers, showing them the respect they deserve. I even have gotten to know regulars by name. Yes, I like the food, but for personal medical reasons I get a meal very occasionally. “My family & I all ordered the #1 Dave's Double combo. All the combos were fresh & hot! Delicious! My only complaint would be the bottom of the bun was a little bit wet from where the meat wasnt fully drained but other than that, the flavor was great! This is definitely one of the better wendy locations that we have been too. We will be back!“
“I've been lucky enough to always receive satisfactory or better food, but their drive-through its often very slow. I assume this is a staffing challenge and they're doing their best. Overall, it's worth the wait to get a great chicken sandwich.“
“Absolutely.the worst / no service.. cashier went on break as we approached to order and did not tell us....n o one came up as we waited 15 .minutes!! The cashier sat in dining area with her food loud talking to coworkers she was on break, as she scarfed her food and talked...disgusting manners...totally black crew/ we R white..another white couple who ordered right before us was.still waiting when we left..we entered Monday Dec. 18; 2023 at 11:05.and left 11:20 am....most ill-mannered ,racist place I've ever.been in...bet they spit in the food for whites.“
“Hey, its a kfc/taco bell. If that's what you're looking for, this location is perfectly fine. I've been many times and never had a complaint. Bathroom's clean, seating is satisfactory, high chairs for the baby (no sanitary wipes, would be awesome but i don't consider it a given, you got wipes in the diaper bag.). Yeah, just a nice spot go ahead.“
“Food prices are way to expensive. But only reason 4. 5 for drive through. Matthew made me feel special . I wore my crown all day. I was having an extremely bad day and he gave me a crown and said , would you like a crown for the queen you are.....of course he says that to everyone. But I just loved his personality. He is a valued employee. Made an old lady smile.“
