“I have always ranked Arby's up there with Chick-fil-A when it comes to customer service and food quality. I stand by my comments. The only thing that I can say negatively is that not everyone's customer service skills are as good as others. Arby's needs to pinpoint those who need to work on their customer service and work on that with them. Food is always hot and delicious. Prices are slightly more than other places but well worth the extra money.“

“Had to wait for service as front line person was on break. I was seen standing at the register waiting for someone to come take my order. No one even acknowledged my presence despite walking right by me. On a positive note, when the front line girl came off break, she was very kind and pleasant.“

“Had to wait just a few minutes but I could see how the crew was working. I'm glad I waited. Me and my fiancè were coming here for lunch after a long drive and the place was clean and the food looked exactly how it does in the pictures. On my receipt, it says the cashier's name was Schreal. I didn't ask if it was the gentleman's name because he was assisting others as I was walking out. But he was wonderful!! Very sweet and excellent for customer service for the wait we had and how many people were in the restaurant and also in the drive thru. My fiancè even said he was happy. I really liked the atmosphere we had received.“

“The food is definitely hot and fresh. My only complaint is that out of 3 employees only 1 was doing the work. The young lady was waiting on the customers, answering the phones and preparing the orders. The other 2 employees were in the back playing around and on their phones.“

“apparently no maintenance has been done for a long time. Cold bare inside, not inviting, no decorations at all. carpet looks like it is in a greasy garage, totally nasty. No lights outside, doors need oiling and scraping the floor. Heating loud and noisy. Food was great.“
