Who is cooking. No matter what==== the cook is the king. Staff is normally good sometimes too much communication with each other and not taking care of the customer. Will never go on weekends and do not suggest it. We have come down to a supervisory and mangament issue, Hardees has excellent products without a good cook and service Hardees fails. Other resturants in Crewe are below Hardees level. Where do we go from here? Get the grill our!!!

The food was delicious hot and fresh the woman working the drive thru was so nice and informed me why my order was taken awhile because of fresh frys and hamburger

Based on the reviews, Hardee's offers a mix of experiences. The biscuits and potatoes tasted fine but looked as if they had been sat on. The tea with light ice was warm with only three ice cubes. However, the customer service can be great, with an employee going the extra step to make sure the sweet tea was sweet. The small conversation was the highlight of the day. The chicken tenders with BBQ sauce were very good, cooked just right and moist. The apple turnover was also very good. The staff was courteous, the food was prepared quickly, and tasted great. Unfortunately, one Frisco combo had hair in the burger. Another visit found the workers were not cooking anymore because the fast food place closed almost at 10 PM.
