“Love this wonderful place and the Staff are just so kind and aware of food allergies and cross contamination. When I selected gluten free bread, I was asked if it was a true allergy. Yes- had the line stood stlll- changed gloves, cleaned the slicer and the cutting board, different utensils, etc. Wow- and it was a busy night too. Service with a smile and an awesome attitude. We are so blessed to have them here in Farmville. Thank you!“

“Great shakes and solid food. Cook Out didn't impress me years ago at another location where it seemed overpriced and underwhelming but this location today was good value and good flavors. Wide range of sides including Dorito walking tacos and chicken wraps are a nice change to other fast food options. The option of a shake instead of a fountain drink was a nice surprise. BBQ had flavor (without hot sauce) and the food was made to order.
Clean. Good service. Will probably go back.“

“Just like any new establishment, it takes some time to work out the kinks and train new people. All the bad reviews are probably just people who have never had to work customer service in their life and have nothing better to do with their time. This Wawa is a great addition to FarmVille and I know tons of LU students were so excited to get one. All the employees are super nice and inviting and everything I’ve ordered has been perfectly fine. I don’t mind waiting a little longer because it’s new and I know how to plan out my day without putting that burden on random customer service workers. Very happy there is a Wawa in town. Keep up the great work!

“The food came out super fast and was hot and delicious 😋 also the literal best sweet tea I've had at a Chick-fil-A (or anywhere else recently!)
My only complaint was one of their employees was not professional at all, eating nuggets half behind the counter and half talking to a friend while working.“

Everytime I come through the line it’s always in timely manner and my drinks always taste delicious, I don’t live around here so I don’t always have the time to stop and come here but when I do it’s always a delightful experience the baristas are all so welcoming and friendly.“

“Dining area is clean. Seems to be understaffed. Manager cleaning dining area and customers standing for longer than normal periods to be waited on for their orders. Food took a littleonger than expected to be made and served. Staff needs to be more upbeat instead of like they would rather be somewhere else. sandwiches were made on the sloppy side.“
