“The food was amazing, the music was 90’s and early 2000’s which was great. Our server Lea was the best one that I have had at any restaurant before. The food and entertainment being great was a plus, but I will be figuring out Lea’s schedule just so she can be my server. My wife wanted a buffalo chicken wrap, which wasn’t on the menu, but Lea made it happen. Thank you to the kitchen staff for being accommodating as well. 10/10 fantastic experience.“

Food quality, packaging, and proportions all exceptionally outstanding compared to any other restaurant in Farmville VA that I have ever eaten at or ordered from. “It has been nearly a decade since I have worked at Charley’s. The atmosphere, staff, and owners had an impact on life that I did not expect in my early 20s. The days where my husband and I dine here have, unfortunately, become less and less these days. There are fewer familiar faces as time passes, but date night always brings us back here. For our 8 year anniversary, we went to Charley’s for date night. We always look around to see if someone we know is working, but we didn’t recognize anyone. We asked to seated on the patio because it was so gorgeous that evening. As we sat, we were met with a bright and smiling face. She introduced herself and recommended our favorite, the hot crab dip. She told us about date night and the drink specials to go with them. She recommended other items and really talked up other drinks and items on the menu. As someone who worked in the service industry and a husband who is in sales, we respected everything she was doing. All with a smile on her face and the best personality. Riley/Ryleigh (forgive me I am not sure how she spells it) was amazing. And we will be going back sooner because of her.“

“Dining area is clean. Seems to be understaffed. Manager cleaning dining area and customers standing for longer than normal periods to be waited on for their orders. Food took a littleonger than expected to be made and served. Staff needs to be more upbeat instead of like they would rather be somewhere else. sandwiches were made on the sloppy side.“

“I had a great experience at this Applebee’s. The restaurant was very clean, fresh, and well organized, which made dining here even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was served hot and tasted great, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the visit. You can tell they care about maintaining high standards. “Had the shrimp Tacos and they are delicious!!! Barbecue, fish are good also! Service is always spot on and very friendly. Today we were at their location off of Broad St in Short pump. This location is smaller than their Farmville location.“
