“My wife had their crowd-pleasing favorite the "Big Cheesy" and I had a burger with bbq sauce and onion rings. Both were fantastic! Also had the fries. Couldn't believe how good everything was and how good the prices were. Counter was full at lunch but we got a spot fairly quickly. Lots of people with to go orders as well. They grill the food right in front of you. Merch like magnets and shirts available as well. Can't believe I'd lived in Lynchburg for 10 years before trying this place, will definitely be back!Parking: Free parking out frontKid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere“
“My husband and I decided to go for lunch, we were apprehensive when we walked in and the place was packed and we were told it would be a 10 min wait. The service and the food were amazing. Our waitress was superb (Christa??). We'll most definitely be back.“
“In town to see my mom and family. This has been one of my mom's favorite restaurants for many years and I'm glad to see that with all of the changes around the mall this remains a true staple of great food and atmosphere for lunch or time with family and friends.“
“Best Burger in Lynchburg!Have occasionally had some slow service, but the food quality and flavor has never disappointed.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free options and other dietary restrictions as needed. My mother who is gluten-free LOVED her burger.“
“I wish I had taken pictures of the drink menu. WOW! Their bartending skills are unmatched! Every drink we had was delicious. We shared the crab dip with the homemade pita chips. And the pita chips are not super hard and crunchy! Which is fantastic. I got the sweet and sour shrimp with coleslaw and Mac and cheese. My friend got the crab cake (+1) with a house salad and risotto. Their risotto is so creamy good! All the food was wonderful. The desserts were beautiful. Sofia, our sweet waitress was beyond kind. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back.“
“Great food and atmosphere. We had Smash burgers which were very good with Sidewinder fries which was a unique twist on French fries and very very good. Limited but good selection of craft beers. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The owner came by our table to check in which is always a nice touch. Plan to return and look forward to trying brunch in the future.“
“The food was amazing and the environment was friendly. Though on the slightly more expensive end I think it was well worth it. I will say it was a little annoying that they only accept cash or check. They do have an atm that charged a ridiculous amount to pull cash out. Definitely not using they ever “
“East Coast Wings has some of the best burgers in town! ...paired with their fresh made potato chips... outstanding! I haven't even tried their wings. ? The burger is well-seasoned, expertly seared and juicy! Did I mention messy? ...messy in a good way. ? Our server was awesome! The atmosphere is casual with a sports bar kinda feel... comfortable and relaxed. The floors can be slippery so be careful of that.“
“My burger was delicious, well seasoned and made with quality ingredients. The only issue was that I requested and paid for sauteed onions, but they were not put on the burger.I do recommend Grounded and will return as a customer. The pricing is a little steep for 2 sandwiches, but in my opinion, even with the location being in a commercial mall, you are receiving restaurant quality burgers.Parking: Located inside a mallKid-friendliness: Mall atmosphere“
“The fries, omg! Hot and delicious! I got a bacon dog that seriously made me want to swear off anything else forever and just camp out in the parking lot. Friend brought me here for lunch, and now I have to give him my firstborn son. Good trade.“
“We ate on the deck; it was a beautiful evening, and a nice view. The wings were great (we tried the teriyaki and the lemon pepper) and the burgers were perfect. They have a good draft beer selection, with a couple ciders as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.“
“Cook Out is amazing!! It’s Lynchburg that needs to catch up! You can go during the day and get in and out, but at night it is a nightmare to get in and out. I wasn’t going to give less stars for that reason but the night time parking lot is mess.“
“I came to the location at 9:50 for just a shake knowing that they closed in 10 minutes. The employee started to ring me up and then said he’d give me the shake for free. An experience like this will have me retuning for sure in the near future!“
“It's about time I left a review: I love it! As of last night, I think they mastered the art of the kitchen-sink burger. And here's a tip: they have truffle fries, but you can ask for truffle TOTS. They rock my world. I've feel like I'm friends with the staff, too. It's definitely a go-to in Lynchburg!Parking: Parking is tough, but streets and lots are free after 5pm.“
