“My wife had their crowd-pleasing favorite the "Big Cheesy" and I had a burger with bbq sauce and onion rings. Both were fantastic! Also had the fries. Couldn't believe how good everything was and how good the prices were. Counter was full at lunch but we got a spot fairly quickly. Lots of people with to go orders as well. They grill the food right in front of you. Merch like magnets and shirts available as well. “This was the best Texas inn I have ever had! I came in Thursday around 9pm and everything was amazing! Me and and husband Dale were amazed by how quick the food was delivered after a full restaurant l. Landon is one of the best waiters I have seen! Fast, Friendly and efficient (also very creative with his cheesy creed shirt). The cooks were very polite as well! Overall a 10/10 experience.“

“Cook Out is amazing!! It’s Lynchburg that needs to catch up! You can go during the day and get in and out, but at night it is a nightmare to get in and out. I wasn’t going to give less stars for that reason but the night time parking lot is mess.“
“I’ve been gone for a little over a year. Wanted to check in and see if he was still open. But I’ve had cheesesteaks from all over, yes including Philadelphia. What you’re dealing with here is a native Philadelphian and the man knows his cheesesteaks and great food. I, quite literally, have had dreams of these steaks. Im writing this solely because im sitting on my couch wishing more than anything that i could have one shipped to me. And the main guy is as nice as you can be.
