“Stopped into Hill City Pub on St. Patrick’s Day and let me tell you—this place was absolutely rocking. Wall-to-wall people, high energy, and a true party atmosphere. If you’re looking for a lively night out, they nailed it.
Now, fair warning—the crowd clearly overwhelmed the staff. Service was slow, and you could tell the team was stretched thin trying to keep up with the madness.
But here’s the thing…the food absolutely delivered. Everything we had was on point—fresh, flavorful, and worth the wait.
If they can tighten up staffing during big events, this is easily a 5-star spot. Great atmosphere, great food, and a place I’d definitely come back to—maybe just not at peak chaos 😄🍀“

“I stop by just about every day. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful, the food is very good and the wait is usually minimal. If the lines are long it’s just because the food is so good! If you’re in that big of a hurry call your order in and it’ll be ready when you get there.“

“Best Experience at any cookout mainly due to the friendly smiling face cashier Travis. He was so kind and generous made the first impression great. Secondly the food was quick and tasty! Definitely deserves 5 stars! Shout again to Travis, keep him on your team!“
