“A door dash guy took my takeout order by accident. Shoutout to Luke on Wards Road, who worked his tail off to make my pizzas as fast as possible with other waiting customers. He wrote down exactly what we wanted and got them done in record time. He also threw in some deserts for my kids for the inconvenience. And the pizzas were phenomenal! We order from Blaze all the time and love it, but these pizzas were amazing and standout!! Impressed! Thanks Luke! A job well done.“

“Do not do drive through at this Zaxby's. The food is good for fast food, but the service is miserable. On average, I have to wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes every other time I do takeout there. I have never seen a drive thru as poorly run as this restaurant. Tonight, it was 29 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive-thru lane until I received my food. We will look for takeout elsewhere from now on.“

“The Ultimate Box for $29.99 was amazing. We got two medium sized pizzas, one five topping and one four topping. We also got 8 boneless barbecue chicken wings and 5 original breadsticks. This is enough food to feed at least 6-8 people. Everything was hot and fresh when we received it. My only complaint was one of the pizzas was supposed be hand tossed with a parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning crust but instead I received a plain pan crust. It’s not like the plain pan was bad I just would’ve liked to taste the new seasoned crust. Overall I highly recommend this pizza dinner meal.“

“This is a newer concept Wawa new build. Beautiful store inside and outside! Even restrooms were spotless! Very surprised! Good job Lynchburg, VA! Can't say that about Tallahassee! Nightmare restrooms and store was a mess. Sadly because of the pride we know Wawa carries about their stores! But Lynchburg was so clean and the new store had such class and modern style and where as the others around the US east coast side are traditional. Unfortunately we had to drive from Roanoke to Lynchburg to actually go to one! Totally worth it! Would we do it again probably what's a couple of hours on the road for coffees and Wawa hoagies and pretzels! Plus the scenery is a bonus!“

“3/30/22 Ordered our subs through the app for the first time because we figured the store would be busy. Tonight is their fund raiser for the Special Olympics. As expected, the store was very busy. Picked up our order and headed home. Everything we ordered was exceptional! Hot subs were hot, each requested change had been made correctly and it was ready when promised! “Whoever is leading and running this Wendy's location deserves a raise, likewise the other employees as well! I usually don't review chain fast food restaurants very often but at this location the food quality is better, the atmosphere is kept up well and the employees are respectful, kind and diligently listen to and take your order. Am I saying thay this Wendy's tastes like and is equivalent to a fancy dining establishment? Not at all but what I am saying is that I am from Appomattox County and I will use my gas and time to eat at this Wendy's any day over the one in Appomattox. It all starts with leadership and the leadership at this location is doing a stellar job.“

“10/10 experience. As someone who has been in the restaurant/ hospitality industry for almost 10 years, this team, their problem solving, and customer relations skills are absolutely amazing. The service was impeccable, I came through the drive through and ordered a Crunchwrap combo, there were a few mistakes, I brought my order back inside and informed the team and they fixed all of my issues with zero backlash and were extremely apologetic. They went above and beyond, had my remake out in no time, and the team apologized for the situation. All of the team members on duty were BEYOND kind, accommodating and apologetic. We all know things happen, mistakes happen, but it’s not about that, it’s about how you handle the situation. The only downside was on my end, I forgot to ask their names so I could mention them in my review. Once again, 10/10, no notes. If upper management see this, I visited on 6/4/26 around 10pm, and all of the team members on this shift deserves recognition and in my opinion, they ALL deserve a raise.“

They do keep your food in the warmer if you are not there to pick it up at the time is it finished. Some management personnel are more positive and helpful than other management on duty...“

“Good food. Not the best Mediterranean, but for sure better than the expectation of in-campus dining food. Good portion, good taste, good value.Service is good too. You would tell them what you want right in front of you and they serve it right then and there.They open for such a short period of time that it was hard to take some time to come here for lunch, but I think it was worth the experience. They were talking a bit too much and not paying attention and I also think they were slightly rude if you ask me but I think overall they are a good location . It’s clean . “I've been meaning to write this for sometime. This Hardee's in particular is the best one around! Fast service,order accuracy,and friendly. I've ate here often and would say about 90% of the time fresh fries as well! If you live between this Hardee's and the one in rustburg,trust me come to this one. The rustburg Hardee's is just horrible,this one is exactly how Hardee's should be! But even if you don't live between the 2. You won't be disappointed. I will say the inside seems a bit dated and out of touch but that's the only negative thing I can say about this Hardee's. It's a gem!“

“I stopped by the Wendy’s on Memorial Avenue around 11:30 today and went through the drive-through. I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was. The young man and young lady working the window were some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. They were smiling, joyful, and even softly singing worship music while they worked.

You could tell they truly enjoyed what they were doing and enjoyed working together. That kind of positive spirit is rare and it genuinely brightened my day. Whoever they are, Wendy’s is lucky to have them. Their kindness made a bigger impact than they probably realize.“

The manager here, Clayton, gave us 25 free breakfast sandwiches for us to serve to a local police department to show them appreciation, and then he threw in a bunch of free apple pies on top of the sandwiches we asked for! He made the process of coordinating the order seamless. He was very generous and they had the food ready at 6:30 AM right on time for us. Thank you to the manager Clayton! The gentleman that took our order was personable and funny...just a breath of fresh air! Now about fresh air...we had planned on eating in but the dining area smelled of bleach so bad it couldn't be tolerated for long. I know...I know...at least it smelled clean but let's think about that....was it clean? Or was it so nasty it needed that much bleach?
Either way...the gentleman was great and so was the food....so I'll be back!“
