“Had lunch here for the first time. I had the Baja wrap. The wrap was huge and full of fresh ingredients. You picked what you want in it and generous portions were put in. Word of warning. Grab a fork because it gets messy and the wrap tends to break apart. I will be back.“

We have always had amazing waiters and waitresses but tonight our waitress acted like it was an inconvenience to go get us another salad, and breadsticks. Well last time I checked soup, salad and breadsticks were unlimited. It's a shame it has now became our least favorite place.“

“The food is great, like at any N&C. The problem is the service. So if you don’t mind seeing someone getting your order, you’ll love it. I literally placed my order in an empty store, watched a gentleman come in and place an order for himself, sit down, then immediately get served my food. I asked her if that was my order as she past by me, only to be ignored. But yeah, the food was superb.“

“I loved this place!! The employees were full of energy, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The line for the pizza goes quickly. There are soooo many topping choices I was very impressed. I'm such a pizza snob but this place hit the spot! And that's saying a lot coming from me. The place is very trendy inside and has plenty of seating. The smores dessert was pretty yummy but I wasn't into the cookie. They have beer which I thought was cool. The pizzas are reasonably priced and a good size. Enough to take a slice or 2 home, depending on how much you eat in a sitting. Thw toppings are fresh, which is important to me. They even have different toppings to add once the pizza finishes like slice sauce, pesto, oil, etc. There are different dough choices including gluten free. They even have goat cheese for a cheese option which meant a lot to me (I can't handle cows milk, sadly ?) my daughters and I were very happy with our meal here and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend coming here!!“

The only star I docked to the atmosphere is because they have a space cooler near the drink machine that is a little strong/cold, but we ate outside anyway so it was all good. Can’t wait to add this to the rotation of places we eat.“

“Had a great experience at the Rock Row location in Westbrook Maine. The food came out fast and hot, and I was mostly impressed by the service I received by Michael. It looks like he was training someone that was new. He was wearing a blue polo. He had such a great attitude and professional demeanor about him. It’s a great representation of your business. He was so upbeat and positive. You could see how his mood and energy was influencing other employees and customers. You have a great person there and I wanted to make sure he was acknowledged. The whole team did a great job. We also do catering with you one Saturday a month for my sales team and that is executed very well early every morning for 50 plus employees. My staff appreciates all the hard work you do for us as well. Thank you.“

“Ongoing problems with bad service as noted on other review sites. Awaiting response from Franchise management. Can someone please explain to me why it is ACCEPTABLE to use RECYCLED low temp chemically infused water (recycled for up to 8 hours) to clean dishes/silverware with that are served to the public. Even the manufacture of the machine says that this isn't acceptable and to stop using these machines as they do NOT kill bacteria, and may contribute to the spread of the Covid Virus.... DO NOT RECOMMEND“
