“Do not do drive through at this Zaxby's. The food is good for fast food, but the service is miserable. On average, I have to wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes every other time I do takeout there. I have never seen a drive thru as poorly run as this restaurant. Tonight, it was 29 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive-thru lane until I received my food. We will look for takeout elsewhere from now on.“

“The food is good and fast service. I don't like how they give you the food and accept your payment. It's ridiculous giving you the food in a plastic box and now giving you change in a to go plastic cup. if you can take my money in a hand to hand exchange you can do the same with my change.“
