I called Chicken Salad Chick to place a catering order and had the absolute best experience. The General Manager, Jaylen, went completely above and beyond for me. Instead of just taking the order, he actually took the time to work through the menu with me to find the absolute cheapest and most cost-effective way to feed my group. I cannot thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and incredible customer service. If you need catering, definitely call and ask for Jaylen. He’s a lifesaver!“

Food is pretty good but the quality of the tenders tend to vary. Sometimes they're really good, other times they're a little rubbery. Their fry seasoning is pretty elite, and the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries are probably my favorite thing on the menu.“

“I've been eating at Crown's Chicken for years. As an honest review I will say I do not like the chicken. As others have comnented, it has a tough texture and not a whole lot of flavor. I'm assuming it's under heat lamps for aby amount of time. However, the double cheeseburger is absolute fire. The Gyro is really good too. The fries are always hot and unsalted (though typically the drive through guy asks if I want salt + ketchup on the side. The staff is nice although I really only have interacted with the drive through operator. It's been a pleasant experience. The prices are very competitive. Id rather spend my money here than a national fast food chain.“

“This store is open 24/7. They have one of the best delis in a store that I’ve ever seen. The store seems to be always full of people, and they have security at night. The food in the daily is usually always pretty fresh and I have no complaints. It’s always been good to us. The atmosphere is just that of a store. They seem to get you in and out pretty quick.“

“Never been inside so I can’t speak for the atmosphere but I have never had chicken and shrimp that good from a fast food place. Honestly rivals a decent bit of restaurants lately. And that’s not a diss I’m just saying for the amount I paid I wouldn’t be able to get anything half as good anywhere else. They are affordable and delicious.“
