“Amazing South Indian food! I always get the masala dosa (giant crepe with spiced potatoes and lentil soup dip). The idli are also great, and the mango lassi. My family like the samosas. Almost everything on the menu is naturally gluten free, which is great for me. They are in Blacksburg on Sundays, and I sometimes also catch them in Roanoke. I follow them on Facebook to find out when they will be where. I also recommend calling ahead if you are in a hurry to place a pickup order during their busiest hours.“

“My daughters and I randomly chose to try Blaze Pizza for the first time because it smelt so good when we were going to get our hair cuts next door. We were not disappointed! From the moment we walked in the door, confused about the process, we were greeted and helped. Issac was amazing from start to finish. He explained the different choices and worked with my daughter to build her perfect salad. He checked on us while we ate and helped us take what we didn’t eat to go. So top tier service. And the food, soooo good! No complaints except we didn’t have enough room to finish it all. Thank you again and we will be back very soon!“

“I'm giving the cookout on Hershberger, 5 stars, in contrast to the new cookout on Franklin. If the cookout on Franklin was the first one that we had in town, I would think Cook-Out was a slow poorly run- run of the mill restaurant with privileged kids running the store. Versus the 1 on Hershberger, which has attentive professional fast people running the store. And of course, the food is good, but service matters more to me than food, especially when it comes to fast food since it's all kinda the same. Whoever runs the Hershberger store should train the Franklin store. Our family won't be back to the franklin store that's for sure, and its much closer to my home and work. But we do like the Hershberger Cook-Out and the other VA and NC Cook-Out locations we have visited 👍“

“Currently my favorite restaurant. Staff is hit or miss. Most are very friendly, but there are a few who act like you're bothering them by ordering food. You normally get great portions, but some staff will really short you and you feel like you got robbed for a $17 bowl. The restaurant is clean and the outdoor seating is a nice touch. My wife and I DoorDash regularly, and this location has consistently been one of our favorite places to pick up from. The staff is always friendly, professional, and respectful. More importantly, delivery drivers are acknowledged and treated like valued partners instead of an inconvenience, which we truly appreciate.

I especially want to recognize Siah in the drive thru. She is one of the most motivated, compassionate, and genuinely kind employees we’ve encountered. Every interaction we’ve had with her has been positive. She treats people with respect, has a great attitude, and genuinely seems to care about the people she interacts with. Employees like Siah deserve recognition because kindness and compassion can make a bigger difference in someone’s day than they may ever realize.

From management down to the frontline employees, this location is consistently well run. Orders are usually ready on time, communication is good, and even when they’re busy, everyone works hard to keep things moving.

The food has also consistently been fresh, hot, and made correctly. Whether it’s chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, fries, or Texas toast, we’ve always been happy with the quality.

In a time when genuine customer service can sometimes be difficult to find, this Zaxby’s continues to stand out. Great food, hardworking people, and employees who still understand the importance of treating others with kindness and respect.

She is caring and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want on your sub and if they dont have it on the bar she will go get it even go the extra mile and cut the onions and stuff if you need it for your sub! I highly recommend her and she needs a raise!!! She also needs some help in here since she has been the only one here all day!“

“I want to give a special shout out to this McDonald's they went above and beyond that getting our food promptly and correctly Unfortunately they have to deal with unruly people and I hate to say it homeless people somebody snatched our order off the counter just blatant disrespect instead of just asking somebody for food now they're just taking it with these food workers have to go through now it's unreal I commend all of them and just wanted to say You're supposed to try out for Erica for replacing our food if y'all haven't come and visit it's location I highly recommend it“

“Just left the drive thru and the guy at the drive thru at 9:30-40 ish am Friday August 21st is amazing, great customer service, was super kind, this is the better bojangles compared to the one on brambleton. Every time I go there I’ll ask for a chicken supreme combo, and even if it’s one minute before 10:30 “we can’t do that” “it’s not 10:30” and are always rude about it, I go and park and wait and go back through just for them to forget my dipping cup and have to drive back. But this Bojangles is great. Fries are fresh, he got me my chicken supreme with a small wait which was perfectly fine. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Went around 330pm on a Monday. Money taking girl employee was very nice. The food window we got our drink right away but waited a bit for the food but the fries were hot and fresh so it was worth the extra minute or so we waited. It was a great experience overall.“

“This store is open 24/7. They have one of the best delis in a store that I’ve ever seen. The store seems to be always full of people, and they have security at night. The food in the daily is usually always pretty fresh and I have no complaints. It’s always been good to us. The atmosphere is just that of a store. They seem to get you in and out pretty quick.“
