“Went through the drive-thru. Employees were friendly. But the shake machine was out of order. I really wanted to try the banana shake that was advertised everywhere on the building and signage. The food was okay. It was really salty. The fries, chicken, Cobb salad, grilled cheese and toast were all salty.“

“Consistently good subs and excellent service, at every location I have been to in SW VA. The shore points system gives me a free sub every once in a while. The cheesesteaks are almost always excellent, although once or twice I had one that was cooked a little too long, especially if the location was really busy. They are the best of the sandwich chains at least in this area.“

“Probably the BEST Cook Out that I've visited.
Front girl was incredibly personable and efficient. What made it more amazing was that it was just after 12 noon, height of lunch time & the place wash busy. I didn't get her name, but it was on Thursday 7/30, so if management looks at these reviews, she needs to be recognized.
The rest room was VERY clean.
Most important, the food was great. I had a burger done Cook Out style (onions, coleslaw and chili, with lettuce & tomato). My sides were onion rings & their cheese curds and I had a CheerWine. Everything to perfection.“

“I visited this location on August 27, 2026, at 1:32 PM, and the exceptional customer service absolutely made my day! When I asked the young lady taking my order what she would recommend for my 1 and 3-year-old children, the General Manager kindly and quickly stepped in over the intercom to offer the absolute perfect suggestions. The team coordination was flawless! When I asked for her personal favorite menu item for myself, she absolutely knocked it out of the park! When I drove to the window, I was greeted by a beautiful smile from the same young lady who took my order and handled the register. She was incredibly polite and friendly. It is so rare and refreshing to visit a restaurant where the employees genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and care about their guests. “My waitress Tabitha was just absolutely amazing! We had the best experience we have ever had coming here (and we have been coming for years) this young lady goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible. She just looked like she knew exactly what she was doing. Even when she started to get a little busy with carry out customers and the drive thru and taking phone calls she never let that affect her attitude or her attention on us. I will absolutely be returning and hoping we have her more often as our server!“
