“We've been to this Subway many times but this time it wasn't as good. They didn't have the bread we wanted and they didn't have the desert we asked for. They seemed to be out of many things ... don't know why but it was not a great experience.“

“Honest review. Employees and delivery drivers seem really nice and courteous. Always a clean store when visited and deliveries always on time and or a little early. Food almost always good except 2 times yesterday when I ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch and after 1 slice couldn't eat anymore as to it was tough to chew almost rubbery and a little to greasy so after 1 slice I ate no more of it and didnt want to complain cause hey it happens sometimes and had to get back to work, and an honest mistake where I ordered a philly papadia and put online no onions or peppers and when recieved at work it had onions and peppers. I called the store and guy I talked to was cool about it offered me either a replacement which didn't have time for as to i was on lunch at work or 20 percent of next order which I never used and forgot about, but all other times A quality and service. Mistakes happen and atleast they try to fix it. Quality food and service would recommend this location“

“The food was fine, but the wait is horrible. It seems there's usually only 2 or 3 workers. One on the speaker & cash drawer and one cooking. I understand it's not their fault, nobody will work. It's like a revolving door of new employees.“

“I have loved visiting this Chick-fil-A recently. The staff are always so kind to me and my kids. It feels like a little family there. The gentleman working the dining room is wonderful. He remembered us when we came back and talks to the kids and is very helpful. Thank you for creating such a great team and loving atmosphere!“

“I want to give a special shout out to this McDonald's they went above and beyond that getting our food promptly and correctly Unfortunately they have to deal with unruly people and I hate to say it homeless people somebody snatched our order off the counter just blatant disrespect instead of just asking somebody for food now they're just taking it with these food workers have to go through now it's unreal I commend all of them and just wanted to say You're supposed to try out for Erica for replacing our food if y'all haven't come and visit it's location I highly recommend it“

“Went to get chipotle all for them to be closed early I had never had qdoba right across the street before but they saved the day when they were still open unlike chipotle closing over a hour early. I went across the street to qdoba and was so satisfied the people were friendly and my food was so delicious I will be returning thanks!“

“This store is open 24/7. They have one of the best delis in a store that I’ve ever seen. The store seems to be always full of people, and they have security at night. The food in the daily is usually always pretty fresh and I have no complaints. It’s always been good to us. The atmosphere is just that of a store. They seem to get you in and out pretty quick.“

“Bojangles is always a good idea and the Vinton location is predictable in a good way. You do need to check your order quickly because they do tend to forget the honey mustard from time to time.
I purchased their sauces at Food Lion & Kroger for this reason. It happens at other fast food locations. Getting home miles away and finding out that my daughter doesn't have her honey mustard for her fries.... No Bueno
So I check now, for sure.
Those team members get your food out FAST. Mine is usually right there when I drive up. So it is FRESH! Especially during the lunch rush.
So, do yourself a flavorful flavor and skip McKeedees and their lamp roasted stale bun and weeping willow fries for $14.00

“The guy behind the counter was great! Told him I just had gastric sleeve surgery and just wanted 2 ounces of meat. I asked if I could just get the "extra meat" menu item and they did it. 4 meatballs for $1.50. However, you guys might want to rethink the wording on this sign ROFL.“

“I was at the Vinton VA subway today for take out lunch for 2. I ordered the first and she was preparing my tuna sub. When she asked what kind of cheese, I said I couldn't have cheese. She asked if I have allergies. I said, yes, alpha gal. She immediately took her gloves off, washed her hands, went to get another knife, asked her coworker not to touch it, regloved, got out a fresh bun and made my sub. I was diagnosed with Alpha gal in July and this is the BEST, OVER THE TOP customer service I've had in a restruant since being diagnosed. Give her a raise! And thanks Subway for being aware and looking after customer allergic diets.“

“The woman who took our order and made our sandwiches was amazing. The man at the register was a complete Maura. He had no idea what was going on was not new employee. Basic employee, lacking, basic knowledge of what an employee should know. Just stood there and we (the other employee as well) had to explain things to him multiple times.“

“I’ve eaten here for over 50 years, and even though I now live in TN, I had to stop in on my way north. We’d read some bad reviews on our way here, but let me tell you these hotdogs are just as delicious as I remember! The management may have changed, but the lady who served us said it is still owned by 4th generation family members…her father-in-law is the only one who knows the chili recipe and he comes in to make every batch! So we were happy to enjoy our favorite chili dogs again…so delicious! ❤️“

While I don't think everything has improved under the new ownership, the management team on the floor does an outstanding job despite the challenges. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers, support their team, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. They deserve a lot of credit for creating a positive experience. The only thing I'd really like to see is an updated dining area, as the interior is starting to feel dated. Overall, it's the hardworking employees and managers that keep me coming back.“
