“We've been to this Subway many times but this time it wasn't as good. They didn't have the bread we wanted and they didn't have the desert we asked for. They seemed to be out of many things ... don't know why but it was not a great experience.“

“Honest review. Employees and delivery drivers seem really nice and courteous. Always a clean store when visited and deliveries always on time and or a little early. Food almost always good except 2 times yesterday when I ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch and after 1 slice couldn't eat anymore as to it was tough to chew almost rubbery and a little to greasy so after 1 slice I ate no more of it and didnt want to complain cause hey it happens sometimes and had to get back to work, and an honest mistake where I ordered a philly papadia and put online no onions or peppers and when recieved at work it had onions and peppers. I called the store and guy I talked to was cool about it offered me either a replacement which didn't have time for as to i was on lunch at work or 20 percent of next order which I never used and forgot about, but all other times A quality and service. Mistakes happen and atleast they try to fix it. Quality food and service would recommend this location“

“The food was fine, but the wait is horrible. It seems there's usually only 2 or 3 workers. One on the speaker & cash drawer and one cooking. I understand it's not their fault, nobody will work. It's like a revolving door of new employees.“

“I have loved visiting this Chick-fil-A recently. The staff are always so kind to me and my kids. It feels like a little family there. The gentleman working the dining room is wonderful. He remembered us when we came back and talks to the kids and is very helpful. Thank you for creating such a great team and loving atmosphere!“

“The new chicken stripe were not the best. Leave the chicken strips to Zaxby's and Raising Canes.
This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.
They were staffed correctly and all had a good attitude. Great job to the Sunday afternoon crew on May 18th“

“Went to get chipotle all for them to be closed early I had never had qdoba right across the street before but they saved the day when they were still open unlike chipotle closing over a hour early. I went across the street to qdoba and was so satisfied the people were friendly and my food was so delicious I will be returning thanks!“

“I ordered delivery and when I opened the bag I had missing items and items I did not order. I had to get in my vehicle (wasn't feeling well) go to the restaurant and inform them of the error. Although I was a little vexed, Travis handled the situation with professionalism, and compassion for my having to come to the restaurant under my circumstances. “The guy behind the counter was great! Told him I just had gastric sleeve surgery and just wanted 2 ounces of meat. I asked if I could just get the "extra meat" menu item and they did it. 4 meatballs for $1.50. However, you guys might want to rethink the wording on this sign ROFL.“

“Great food, chicken has improved some from a while ago (seemed overcooked at times). Not sure why the fries stopped getting seasoned for a bit but they are back to being consistently seasoned and fresh. Also, not sure this experience is exclusive to me or not, but I get an extra chicken tender with over half of my orders now. Not sure if it is because some of them are small but I will take it!“

“The drive thru lines are too confusing w cars trying to get ahead of u n line after the order is taken. Trying using your competitors model for this.

The kitchen and food area is always looking nice and tidy..very clean and the food is always fresh. Absolutely outstanding management and just a great group of people here. “I was at the Vinton VA subway today for take out lunch for 2. I ordered the first and she was preparing my tuna sub. When she asked what kind of cheese, I said I couldn't have cheese. She asked if I have allergies. I said, yes, alpha gal. She immediately took her gloves off, washed her hands, went to get another knife, asked her coworker not to touch it, regloved, got out a fresh bun and made my sub. I was diagnosed with Alpha gal in July and this is the BEST, OVER THE TOP customer service I've had in a restruant since being diagnosed. Give her a raise! And thanks Subway for being aware and looking after customer allergic diets.“

“The chicken sandwich was fabulous and my fries, fresh and hot. Even at an hour past lunchtime, everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The extra ketchup and salt were in the bag, the lady who operated the drive through was friendly and helpful. Best drive-thru experience in Roanoke.“

“I’ve eaten here for over 50 years, and even though I now live in TN, I had to stop in on my way north. We’d read some bad reviews on our way here, but let me tell you these hotdogs are just as delicious as I remember! The management may have changed, but the lady who served us said it is still owned by 4th generation family members…her father-in-law is the only one who knows the chili recipe and he comes in to make every batch! So we were happy to enjoy our favorite chili dogs again…so delicious! ❤️“
