“Honest review. Employees and delivery drivers seem really nice and courteous. Always a clean store when visited and deliveries always on time and or a little early. Food almost always good except 2 times yesterday when I ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch and after 1 slice couldn't eat anymore as to it was tough to chew almost rubbery and a little to greasy so after 1 slice I ate no more of it and didnt want to complain cause hey it happens sometimes and had to get back to work, and an honest mistake where I ordered a philly papadia and put online no onions or peppers and when recieved at work it had onions and peppers. I called the store and guy I talked to was cool about it offered me either a replacement which didn't have time for as to i was on lunch at work or 20 percent of next order which I never used and forgot about, but all other times A quality and service. Mistakes happen and atleast they try to fix it. Quality food and service would recommend this location“

“The food was fine, but the wait is horrible. It seems there's usually only 2 or 3 workers. One on the speaker & cash drawer and one cooking. I understand it's not their fault, nobody will work. It's like a revolving door of new employees.“

“I have loved visiting this Chick-fil-A recently. The staff are always so kind to me and my kids. It feels like a little family there. The gentleman working the dining room is wonderful. He remembered us when we came back and talks to the kids and is very helpful. Thank you for creating such a great team and loving atmosphere!“

“The new chicken stripe were not the best. Leave the chicken strips to Zaxby's and Raising Canes.
This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.
They were staffed correctly and all had a good attitude. Great job to the Sunday afternoon crew on May 18th“

“I ordered delivery and when I opened the bag I had missing items and items I did not order. I had to get in my vehicle (wasn't feeling well) go to the restaurant and inform them of the error. Although I was a little vexed, Travis handled the situation with professionalism, and compassion for my having to come to the restaurant under my circumstances. Thank you Travis for showing great Customer Service, keep up the good work 👏“

“I started coming to this location and the lady at the counter her name is Jamie, she is absolutely amazing, fast. Friendly and gets orders accurately completely. Always have a smile and a friendly joke to brighten your day. Yes the food is good but she is the reason I return 3 to 4 times a week. Don't lose her, she is a true asset.“

“I highly recommend this store! Food is always great very fresh! I've crowned and been in alot of subways and this store never disappoints! I've always had great experiences here!Very clean very well.maitained and very well taken care of! I appreciate them everytime regardless on what I spend we tip anywhere from 15 to 20 dollars for the amazing service and have tipped over 50 a while back. Keep up the amazing work we appreciate you! “The drive thru lines are too confusing w cars trying to get ahead of u n line after the order is taken. Trying using your competitors model for this.

“This was my very first time ever eating at a QDOBA resturant and i must say i was impressed. The menu has a expanded choice of options and it is very simple, easy, and quick to navigate. My husband and I dined-in and the food is so flavorful! I must admit, I was hooked at the first bite. Roanokes local competitor definitely have thier work cut out with this new and fresh mexican eatery in town and We will definitely return. 😋🥰 Sincerely, two very happy satisfied customers 😁😁“

“I recently ate at this location and was so impressed by the freshness of the food, the service from employees and the cleanliness of the dining room. I don't often eat at Bojangles, or fast food in general, mainly because increasing prices don't often match the service or quality of food, but this was an exception, and I'll gladly be back. Great job, Vinton Bojangles!“

“The guy behind the counter was great! Told him I just had gastric sleeve surgery and just wanted 2 ounces of meat. I asked if I could just get the "extra meat" menu item and they did it. 4 meatballs for $1.50. However, you guys might want to rethink the wording on this sign ROFL.“

“Came in Sunday evening around 6p to get some dinner. Manager had Excellent customer service and was happy to communicate my somewhat difficult order to her cook who made my food hot and fresh.
For just these two ladies in the building working I couldn't have asked for speedier service. Nice place,incredibly clean. I'll deffinetley be back.“

“Have been coming to this Hardee's ever since they opened in the 70's. Always smiling, friendly faces. They remodeled a few years ago and updated both the interior and exterior. I've always found it to be clean and a good place to get a quick bite.“

“The chicken sandwich was fabulous and my fries, fresh and hot. Even at an hour past lunchtime, everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The extra ketchup and salt were in the bag, the lady who operated the drive through was friendly and helpful. Best drive-thru experience in Roanoke.“

“We've been to this Subway many times but this time it wasn't as good. They didn't have the bread we wanted and they didn't have the desert we asked for. They seemed to be out of many things ... don't know why but it was not a great experience.“
