“My family has ordered before many times, and they were pushing me to order for the first time myself, after telling me the food was great, and priced adequately. So I tried some this time.

It started off a little rocky, but in the end was a very pleasant experience.

We live 20 min away, so its not a long way to go, but that is if its worth it. I came up to pickup the order, and drove thru the drive-thru which is very convenient, and headed back to the house. Got back to my home, and they had forgotten my part of the order...haha I giggled cause I was the reason for ordering, and it was my part of the order haha. 🤣

So I called and talked to Josh, i believe that was his name, sorry im never good remembering names..., and he was the gentleman that was working drive-thru. He gave me some options, and since I wanted to try the food, I asked if I could just come back and pick up the missing items, and he said no problem, and was very understanding. Its during the beginning of the dinner rush, so I am very impressed with his professionalism.

I got back to the drive thru, and he fixed me right up. I didnt mind all of it, life has its ups and downs.....the Food was great, service was very pleasant.

I have no issues, and I am thankful that they fixed the issue that happened, and that's all I wanted. I even got an extra egg roll for my wife which was a big bonus, she loved it.

They missed my stuff, but I forgot to even look before I drove home since the bag was closed. So partial blame to me as well 😉 I will check next time.
