“They are insanely fast. I walked in at 1245 on a weekday. I was in the building less than 3 minutes. From order placement to food in my hands (takeout) was under 60 seconds and it was delicious as always.“

“First time coming here. I got an Italian meats sandwich (which I kind of use as a benchmark for sandwich shops). The service was good and quick. You grab a bag that's labeled for a different category of sandwich (Like I said I got an Italian, but there's like 6 other categories, each with around 3 different types of meats). You then mark with a red marker what you want on your sandwich. If you don't want it toasted, make sure to let them know that you want it cold. I would go here again.“

“I come to this location pretty often since I work nearby, and I have to say I’ve noticed such a positive change in the atmosphere here. In the past, there were times I would come in and almost feel like I was a burden just for placing an order. That has completely changed, and Desiree has been such a big part of that.

She is incredibly kind and consistently provides excellent customer service. After just a few visits, she remembered my name and even my usual order. I would never expect someone to remember those little details, but it is such a sweet gesture and genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer.
