“We were in the area from Vermont for a wedding…we ended up stopping at the closest pizza place which was Benny Marzano’s! We had no idea the sheer size we were about to encounter! Not only was it massive, it was some of the best pizza we’d ever had! Delicious 🤤 10/10“

“1st time here yesterday. Great server named TOMMI. She was very friendly, attentive & fixed a couple of issues I had with seating. Delicious pizza!! I was disappointed that a female manager walked by my table 5 or 6 times yet never acknowledged me the way I saw her speaking to other guests. Odd. Loved the ambience. The guy who looks like Shaggy (lol) was super friendly. I will be back.“

“Went in saturday afternoon around five o'clock. I was the only customer there were two employees. I wanted a coke and a pizza. The girl brought me the coke. I waited and waited and after getting impatient. I called out. I'm ready to order. Altogether, I called out three times over a ten minute span. Nothing. So I left really angry. How's that automatic built-in gratuity working out guys. Do you not grasp how important repeat business is. I've been a patron for the last six years ever since I moved to Blacksburg. Pretty good pizza, horrible service, auto gratuity, maybe why the service sucks, and a $2.70 fountain coke. They have a beer for $1.50. I'll be asking around for a new pizza place. Employees could take a little more pride in there personal appearance. The place is bordering on a freak show since they opened there dining room.“

“Their food always slaps. Get the macaroni, meatball sliders, chicken tacos with sauce, and their bbq chicken naan flatbread, potato salad, you name it, it’s great. All excellent choices. I’ve had them all. The owners are friendly, kind hearted, and great people overall. Definitely worth a try.“

“This place has undergone an owner change and has a new manager, Melissa, who is incredibly kind and they take pride in serving the local community here with fresh ingredients and good customer service. I’ve been here twice and their food is hot, fresh, and all the employees are kind and joke around. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you like calzones because they have a lot of options. The biggest takeaway was that the food is fresh and they stay open late truly until 4 am. They had some negative reviews in the past, and the new co owners and management made it really clear since they are now taking over, they are ramping up quality control. So far so good. I had the hamburger calzone and steak calzone. I would recommend getting it with vegetables because it adds more flavor.“

“Benny's is by far the best pizza in Blacksburg. The slices are HUGE, the crust is thin and doesn't take away from the toppings. One slice is enough to fill the average person. The location however, is really a pick up one. I think there is a very small place to sit but you should get you should get your pizza to go or have it delivered.“
