When I went in to pick it up, I was met with a smile and a very strong sense of community. I can tell that he genuinely cares and is interested in his customer’s lives. “Went and ate earlier, I knew it’d be busy on a Saturday but I guess something happened that put them behind and my one slice of pizza had taken an hour to make. I’m a type 1 diabetic and my sugar had crashed when I got there. The guy that came into help (Mike) was super kind even tho I was getting hangry and impatient and low even tho I was drinking soda. (I’m sorry.) when he called my name he apologized and had even came back when I finished and asked if my sugar was okay. Just wanted to say thank you Mike. I appreciate that a lot. There was only one employee working, but the food was hot, fresh, and everything about the order was correct, down to the side sauce choices. This one employee was able to make the food correctly while having multiple orders and get everything out in a timely manner!“

“I am a DoorDasher and Pizza Hut has truly gone above and beyond to take care of the DoorDash drivers, they have implemented a free personal pizza system after a certain amount of delivery from Pizza Hut, and I truly think it is such an amazing step above other businesses, considering I no longer reap the benefits of free food from working in a restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access, but if commuting and going in, just yourself, I'd recommend using curbside, where they bring it out to your vehicle, due to the door being kinda heavy / awkward and self-closing / spring loaded, so would make it difficult for wheelchairs to comfortably enter without the help of another person assisting you in entering this business“
