“Went and ate earlier, I knew it’d be busy on a Saturday but I guess something happened that put them behind and my one slice of pizza had taken an hour to make. I’m a type 1 diabetic and my sugar had crashed when I got there. The guy that came into help (Mike) was super kind even tho I was getting hangry and impatient and low even tho I was drinking soda. (I’m sorry.) when he called my name he apologized and had even came back when I finished and asked if my sugar was okay. Just wanted to say thank you Mike. I appreciate that a lot. Being a type 1 diabetic is really hard and just having a stranger care about that meant a lot. And to the newbies…you’re doing the best you can, don’t be hard on yourselves!“

“I ordered from Troy’s for the first time today. The person who picked up the phone (I believe he may be the owner) was very kind and answered my questions about the menu. When I went in to pick it up, I was met with a smile and a very strong sense of community. I can tell that he genuinely cares and is interested in his customer’s lives. The pepperoni roll was INCREDIBLE. I’m so impressed and I will be going back to try the philly cheesesteaks soon!“

“last time we placed the order they didn’t let us know there was no cookie pizza available. I had ordered online. So we were a bit disappointed. But I gave it another go tonight and everything was perfect. They were pleasant on the phone confirming my online order, the order was prepared in a good amount of time, and everyone at the store was nice to talk to. I got a three cheese small pizza, garlic Parmesan wings, and of course the cookie pizza which is my son’s favorite. Everything was delicious.“

“Moved here a little over a year ago. I have ate here about 4 times now and every time except for once the food was great. The one time it wasn't, I ordered the Parmesan bread bites and they had no seasoning on them at all and one of the pizzas had way too much sauce and very little cheese, but that was 2 items out of about 15 that I have ordered here. “One Employee to cover 3 -5 other employees🥺 The main thing I wanted to point out for the Papa John’s location on Tyler Avenue Radford Virginia is that for several hours this afternoon there was one employee. He never stopped giving he never stopped working and we all that were in there watching home do his best—We’re waiting on our pizzas, but we knew why—— tell me of course you can’t know when someone’s going to quit but what’s your backup plan like your emergency preparedness plan when you have one worker working minimum wage six or seven times their output. I am very disappointed with the management and how they are treating their employees. Looks like to me mandatory for the management to step up and show this employee how it’s truly done!!!“

“I am a DoorDasher and Pizza Hut has truly gone above and beyond to take care of the DoorDash drivers, they have implemented a free personal pizza system after a certain amount of delivery from Pizza Hut, and I truly think it is such an amazing step above other businesses, considering I no longer reap the benefits of free food from working in a restaurant. Great customer service and I love their pizza!“

“Would prefer to give this location at 4.5 because sometimes the pizza isn’t made with care and is all crust or is lacking cheese, etc. Overall, however, this location is our favorite in the area. The staff is mostly young people and they are always kind and courteous. This location seems to have a crew that gets along and banters together which I find refreshing. My wait times are always reasonable. Sometimes they have cookies for kids which my littles really enjoy. For a small building, there’s adequate outside seating but the lobby just has a couple of chairs to wait for your order to be made. The building looks new and fresh outside and the inside lobby and viewable kitchen are always super clean and inviting. We ordered last night and waited for it to be made which took less than 20 minutes. We were treating one of my children as the other is away and it was one of our best experiences so far with staff and the quality of products.
