“Went and ate earlier, I knew it’d be busy on a Saturday but I guess something happened that put them behind and my one slice of pizza had taken an hour to make. I’m a type 1 diabetic and my sugar had crashed when I got there. The guy that came into help (Mike) was super kind even tho I was getting hangry and impatient and low even tho I was drinking soda. (I’m sorry.) when he called my name he apologized and had even came back when I finished and asked if my sugar was okay. Just wanted to say thank you Mike. I appreciate that a lot. Being a type 1 diabetic is really hard and just having a stranger care about that meant a lot. And to the newbies…you’re doing the best you can, don’t be hard on yourselves!“

Staff is friendly every time i come in and there hasnt been any kind of issues in anyway.
This particular domino's dont have a seating area for you to sit while you wait However there is a bathroom.“

“last time we placed the order they didn’t let us know there was no cookie pizza available. I had ordered online. So we were a bit disappointed. But I gave it another go tonight and everything was perfect. They were pleasant on the phone confirming my online order, the order was prepared in a good amount of time, and everyone at the store was nice to talk to. I got a three cheese small pizza, garlic Parmesan wings, and of course the cookie pizza which is my son’s favorite. Everything was delicious.“

“One Employee to cover 3 -5 other employees🥺 The main thing I wanted to point out for the Papa John’s location on Tyler Avenue Radford Virginia is that for several hours this afternoon there was one employee. He never stopped giving he never stopped working and we all that were in there watching home do his best—We’re waiting on our pizzas, but we knew why—— tell me of course you can’t know when someone’s going to quit but what’s your backup plan like your emergency preparedness plan when you have one worker working minimum wage six or seven times their output. I am very disappointed with the management and how they are treating their employees. Looks like to me mandatory for the management to step up and show this employee how it’s truly done!!!“
