Like the food but now twice in the last six months they cancelled our order because they didn't have a driver/staff required. It is Saturday and they have one driver working, who had to go home sick. But no other staff could drive it? Why only staff one driver? Upper management or corporate should pay more people to work for them.
Disappointing. It has been several years since I last had a Papa John’s pizza. The overall quality has gone down significantly. The crust used to be a delicious almost Neopolatin-style: seasoned, fluffy, crispy and chewy. But now it is flat and almost flavorless. The sauce and pepperoni were both very tasty. But the mushrooms looked like they came from a jar. Good to know I have not been missing much.
