“I'm from Texas, and kinda miss the food from there, when I found this place I was so happy. They are super amazing! As a vegetarian it's also hard but the serving size is good and they taste very authentic! Also they have horchata if you ever want that! It was amazing to have that drink again after two years. I recommend this place very much. Fair warning, the entrance is hard on most vehicles, so go slow on the turn!”

“We moved here 2yrs ago from California... honestly the land of excellent Mexican restaurants. Therefore, our standards are high food & service because we've both been in the food service business in our past. La Cabana is firing on all cylinders!!! Including being an EXCELLENT value. For $11 they delivered sizzling hot steak & chicken fajitas .... as well as a generous sized chips & two dipping sauces to munch on for the 5 minutes it took to bring out my delightful lunch!A diamond in Radford. I'll be back for sure!”

“I held a bridal brunch for a relative this past weekend and used the Long Way Brewery as the venue. The venue was the perfect setting! Everything came off without a hitch and was beautiful. Not only was the price affordable, I can't say enough about Keith! He was over the top in so many dimensions. He helped with the unloading and setup. He helped throughout the event. He helped with the packing and clean up. Keith is super great to work with. The experience was fantastic and I couldn't give it higher marks. THANKS KEITH!!”

“Nicely decorated and arranged pizza house on the main street. They have a bar and a lot of tables. The staff was super nice and attentive. I ordered the pimento cheese appetizer and the Foundry pizza(all meat pizza). The spread was good but had no wow factor. It came with Crackers and crostini. They add pickles on the side of almost everything ... I could see why when I ate one. Super good sweet flavor. The pizza had lots of toppings ... they do not skimp. The sauce had a good robust flavor. My only issue was the crust could have been more even and cooked a little longer. The top was definitely done, but the middle crust was a little wimpy. The pizza was large enough to share despite being 10" for a small. They had a good selection of beers.”

“Ordered the superb Chicago Beef sandwich because it sounded different and unique for this area... Delicious! Layers of roast beef in a crispy roll with melted cheese and other tasty toppings. The included au jus dipping sauce takes it to the next level. I'm not in Radford often, but I'm coming back for pizza and more. The staff welcomed us and everyone was super-friendly and helpful. Forget fast food when there's amazing local fare like Amando's.”

“Wow. First time in the store. Got two cupcakes. They were wonderful. Cupcake was moist and the frosting was delicious. Real buttercream without a hint of preservatives. Definitely will buy more cupcakes and will order cakes as well. Can’t wait to bring my husband!”

“By far the best Chinese food I've had in years. Lin House is always my go to Chinese Restaurant, but my meal tonight was the best! I had the Garlic Chicken (no peppers, no corns) and Pork Fried Rice, no pork. The Garlic Chicken was delicious and just spicy enough and the fried rice was full of onions, peas and carrots. The staff are always pleasant and make sure to get my order correct every time. A++ Restaurant”

“I went to the DP Dough in Blacksburg for many years, but more recently have been on Radford. I tried the Radford location long ago, and it was horrible, due to the people working the location (it was sketch, i will leave it at that). However, the owner fired all those folks and has a brand new set of employees now, and they are awesome. I have been multiple times with multiple different folks working, and both the food and service has been excellent. In particular, Charles has been very considerate preparing "cheesy bacon tots" for someone I know with a severe gluten allergy -- one of the few places we can go in this area!If you haven't given this location a try for a while due to a poor experience many months ago, definitely give it another try!Dietary restrictions: Cheesy bacon tots can be made for those with gluten allergy. Seems safe so far.”
