“As a Radford University graduate years ago, I have kept my roots here in Radford. The small town feel and warm-welcoming people are what have kept me here. I can honestly say that I have made so many friends at Sharkey’s and myself and my friends always arrange to meet here around the holidays and special occasions. Coming here, I have gotten to know the staff and they have made me feel like more than just a guest. I highly recommend if you come through our small town, you must stop in at Sharkey’s Radford and meet my friends! Hope to see you there!“

“If you can’t find the milkshake you crave at CookOut Olive Branch, you didn’t look at the menu well. They have so many options! I settled on the cheesecake shake; so delicious! 😋 Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back to try another flavor.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Due to a closure on I-81 south, we escaped the backup by ducking into town to take an alternate route south around the closure and ended up here for lunch. My $5 biggie bag was solid with a very good bacon cheeseburger, hot salty fries and decent chicken nuggets. Love the not 1 but 2 Coca Cola Freestyle machines. My wife thought her baked potato and chili were very good. The guy behind the counter had a good sense of humor. The free chocolate Frosty is always a plus.“

“Came in here after a long morning full of appointments. The hostess greeted us kindly and asked us where'd we like to sit and choosing the bar before noon she might of thought we were rowdy but far from, just hungry. We got seated, the waitress took our drink orders and fair warned us that catering was being completed so there might be a bit of a wait. We ordered our lunch specials nonetheless and the wait was not much of one at all. If they hadn't of warned me I wouldn't of noticed but it was so considerate that I got a heads up! I mentioned we would be splitting our orders to share in the foodie greatness and the server ensured a fork for each to enjoy our macaroni salad. Our total with 2 lunch specials and 2 Michelobs equalled $31.06. I'll pay $40 any day for food and drinks made to order exactly how we ask. “My husband and I swung through the drive-thru this afternoon after doing some shopping across the street at Walmart.
​The drive-thru was fast enough that we were able to place our order and be out quickly. The man at the window was polite and did a great job with customer service.
​I ordered the Asiago Chicken Ranch and was happy with the food. My husband ordered a bacon burger and, for what it's worth, it was as advertised. I feel the staff did exactly what was required, and that is honestly why I gave them 5 stars.
​Wendy's as a whole, though? The food is overpriced and not worth what is being paid by the consumer. While the chicken sandwich was warm and tasted decent enough, it is not a $9 sandwich. The burger my husband got was the Baconator and... um, it is far from the Baconator of the past. For the price tag, I'd expect a much better burger.
​To clarify, this specific location did the best job it could with what they had. The negativity in this review is solely based on what Wendy's has become as a corporate brand. Maybe less snark on social media and more actual quality ingredients like Dave Thomas intended.

“Stopped by the adjacent Moon Hollow Brewery and what a delightful food option. If I've ever had a better chicken sandwich I can't remember one. Super crunchy chicken on a bed of pickles with delicious sauce and a roll that let's you eat it like a real sandwich not a giant mess on your plate. A creative menu leaves plenty of options to prompt multiple return visits. Our Greek salad was a home run too.“

“Just stopped by at about 8:15PM on a Monday. Got a Bacon King, got it quickly. It had the best cook of any fast food burger I've ever had. Tasted straight off the grill, the bacon was actually cooked and crispy, and the burger had char flavor at just the right level. Very impressed.“
