“10 Stars! Our first time there and won’t be the last. The waitress was great! First came the hush puppies and they were fantastic. I love oysters and was not disappointed. Great service and the owner came by to make sure everything was ok. We loved the personal touch.“

“We had the good fortune of visiting Ruby Tuesday’s in Wytheville, Virginia, our second time there! What an amazing experience! We were greeted at the front by the sweetest and nicest young lady, Jacqueline and from there it just kept getting better! Jacqueline was concerned about my allergies and provided us with the perfect spot to keep me safe! Then we got to meet Crystal, the server God that was super kind, very concerned about keeping me safe, diligent in every way possible and did I mention she was also amazing!! During our meal the manager Alisa (I think that’s how it was spelled) came over to welcome us! She was a blast, she made us feel at home! This is one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a very long time and we do go to a lot of restaurants but the service, the atmosphere and most of all the genuine heart in all of the staff was incredible! Kudos for doing such an awesome job hiring the best people! Thank you to Jacqueline, Crystal and Alisa for an incredible end to a very long day! If you ever come to Canada, look us up!“

“10/10! From the Smashburger (particularly on Texas toast- YUM!) to the crinkle cut french fries. This diner offers that “retro 50’s” feeling from the moment you waltz through its doors. It has quickly became my favorite place within Wytheville to grab lunch or dinner. Be sure to check out the dessert making POV by “Frozen In Time,”while you wait for your food to be freshly prepared. What’s even better? It is conveniently located within the diner! Burger? Fries? And chocolate lava cake to boot? Yes, please.“

“Sunday, May 3rd, 6:30ish? The nice woman (I should have gotten her name) working behind the counter did a wonderful job in every way possible. As it should be in the food service industry. From the moment a customer walks through the door, to the time they are done with their meal and exit the restaurant. We felt cared about and valued. She checked on us a couple different times while we were enjoying our meals, seeing if we needed anything and offering a genuine smile. I also could not help but notice how she kept herself busy while there were no other customers to serve by cleaning the lobby, and doing it happily. She is a perfect example of what an employee should be like. Thank you for the positive experience. Great hospitality and delicious food that is very much appreciated after driving several hours making our way home to Michigan from South Carolina and Nashville before that. Big trip. “The crew manager, Heather Parker, was outstanding in helping me and other customers today. I even asked for her name so I could write a positive review for her. It was busy but she managed to keep calm and get each order in a timely manner. One employee was obviously frustrated but she relieved him of his duties and took over to allow him time to rest. That type of leadership is definitely hard to find in any job and it was refreshing to see it still exists! I do not visit Wytheville often but will make a point to stop in Wendy’s when I am traveling through!“

“Good experience overall. The food was tasty and came out hot, and the menu had plenty of variety. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, making it a nice spot for a relaxed meal. The only downside was a bit of a wait, but overall I’d return.“

“This place was really good, exceptional for a truck stop location.The late night Husband(cook) and Wife(server) team were friendly and accommodating providing exemplary service even though items were unavailable. I hope that management sees the value in these employees, ( scheduled til close 7-25-26), didnt catch their names, but I hope to see them on my next visit. I rarely do reviews, and a positive 1 from me is like a sasquatch sighting. Hopefully thus is taken into account.

“I came through the drive thru on 11/2 and a gentleman was very rude to the worker and was calling them names and the workers did not serve him because he called them names! They did the right thing. The girl at the window was very nice and all my food was fresh and hot! Thank you Wytheville McDonald’s! Great job!“
