“James was incredibly helpful and polite. I had accidentally ordered at a different location but when I showed up a few hours later to retrieve my order he was very understanding. I did try calling right at the time of the mistake to let them know not to make the food right away. The phone was never answered.“
“We had breakfast,it was about 8:30 am on Saturday morning. I'm sorry I didn't get the young girls name that was on front register, but she was an absolute pleasure. Service was excellent and we always say grace before we eat,the young lady stood by ,bowed her head and said amen . Absolutely a great experience. The food was delicious as well“
“We went on a Saturday for lunch. The Railyard is usually pretty busy, but we hit at the right time and lucked out on a big booth. I had the Damn Burger, which is a breakfast style with bacon and fried egg on Texas toast. The fries are crispy and come with a delicious fry sauce. Like a "comeback" sauce. The mini chicken quesadilla appetizer was a perfect lunch for my teenager. My husband had the Cowboy Killer. It was spicy, but not too hot. They offer a monthly rotating burger and specialty shakes. I had the March special shake. It tasted like cereal milk and was garnished with a giant rice crispy treat shaped like a four- leaf clover and studded with lucky charms marshmallows. It was absolutely delicious!! They offer a great Saturday brunch and have mimosa flights available. There are lots of draft beer choices as well. Their Cuban sandwich is one of the best I've eaten, and I always have a hard time deciding between it and my favorite burger.“
“Had dinner after a long day of riding trails and then doing the mine tour, which is an informative tour. Overall the service and food was really good. We had a group of seven and I don't think anyone had any complaints about their food. We got the cheese curds and crab dip as appetizers. Both were good, but I will say the crab dip could use a little tweaking. The steak, chicken parm, burger, ribs, and coconut fried shrimp were all cooked to our satisfaction. One disappointment we had in our group was the shrimp, they didn't know the fried shrimp was actually coconut fried shrimp. It didn't specify on the menu that it had coconut in the batter so that is something to look out for unless they've updated the menu. The brownie and ice cream was a great treat to share for dessert.“
“They didn't ring up an order I asked for. 20 mins in drive thru. 20 mins inside getting the order that wasn't rang up. The food was good. The lady that had time there was apologetic and felt my pain worse than me. She had a new staff. NEW. They were slammed and she was trying her best, THEY were trying their best. All in all I would go back bc no one new is perfect or close to. They were all good people doing their best.“
“Absolutely the best fast food restaurant in Bluefield, VA hands down. Employees enjoy their job and are friendly. Food is always on par, yet to have one bad experience yet. I go here almost daily just because their $5 biggie bag is absolutely amazing.“
“My food is also fresh and delicious. Their salads are awesome. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. Just an altogether good restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly atmosphere for kids and my daughter lives the chicken fries.Parking: A lotWheelchair accessibility: It's all flat and has no issues with wheelchair accessibility.“
“Always a friendly face and they get to know you pretty quick if you are a regular, my go to is the pork chop and gravy biscuit with a side of hash rounds, always fresh and hot during breakfast hours, lunch and dinner seems to be a slower time for them and it does take a few more minutes to get your food but it is always hot and fresh so it is worth the few extra minutes to not get a old cold burger.“
“Server was friendly and on her game! Drink refills were done in a timely manner and we had no issues with our order on her part. The kitchen did leave my steak a little under done from what I asked for but they offered to fix it right away and were very nice about it. Food was delicious, my only con on the visit was the broccoli was tough to eat, very hard. Would highly recommend this location.“
