Arrived in drive thru with zero customers in the drive thru and in the store still waited what felt like an excessive amount of time to a rude cashier which this review won't matter because management is just as rude and they don't really care attitudes is apparently company wide for whoever runs this franchise it never gets better here always wotse update and the reason my number of stars went down from 3 stars to 2 stars BROWN LETTUCE!! and the rude employee handing the food...read full review

18 full minutes I waited in the drive thru. Why? I used the app so it would have meant canceling the order which can be difficult. But really, why on earth did it take 18 minutes. Then not a single, I'm sorry about the wait, we had an issue, we're short staffed, Nada.
