The poor girl working Drive Thru was having customers upset with her for order errors bc the crew member taking the orders wasn't getting them right, too busy on her phone, and letting ppl take it out on this girl. The buns weren't good, overall experience was bad. The crew was acting as if they were unsupervised toddlers running wild at Daycare when staff steps out. Completely unprofessional, immature, and RUDE!!! HOPEFULLY MNGT SEES THIS, Bc the nightshift at this BK, aside from the one girl handing out orders, ALL need a dose of their turn to stand in the unemployment line.Kid-friendliness: DEF NOT KID FRIENDLY!!! THE amount of cursing was ridiculous.

Went to the one in Bluefield VA and the drink machine squirted hi-Ci all over the front of my shirt. I told one of the workers there and told them and threw up there nose like they wasn't even there and walked away. It's probably going to stain my shirt. My clothes are not cheap. Thanks alot BURGER KING!!!!!
