“Spent a lot of money at this place over the years. came for our anniversary dinner and what a disaster. We waited over an hour, never received our food. I finally asked, only to find out it was never made. We were promised a pizza in 4 or 5 minutes, over 10 minutes later still nothing. We asked for a refund and left. Never coming back again.”

“Im from out of state and wanted some pretty good Chinese food and tbh I wasnt super disappointed. I got a egg roll and orange chicken. The egg roll was plan (lacking flavor) and the orange chicken is a little too citrus-y, but overall I enjoyed it and would recommend just not the egg rolls”

“We were staying at Ramada and tried the restaurant inside. It was the BEST Mexican food we've ever had!!! The service was great and we will come back next time we travel through.”

“Peace in the Valley was a great show with excellent singers. Our group enjoyed the show very much! The food was another story. The broccoli slaw was full of tough stalk- like pieces with no flavor. The Shepherds pie was just ok but, disappointed that it was served as an entree at such a nice event.
Tea was very good.
The servers had a lot of people to serve and feel that extra help would have made serving easier. This is the first time that our dinner plates were left on the tables when the show started.
Hoping my comments will be addressed because we love to come to the Wohlfahrt Haus.”

“The red hot dog was the worst quality of meat I've ever had and the service was terrible they talked among there self for 10 minutes before we got a waitress to come to the table.will never eat there again”

“Great cooks and master brewers. We both had the bacon cheeseburger, and they were awesome! Switchback DIPA for me and Moon Dog Dark Lager for Cheryl were spectacular. Great fries and onion rings made the burgers that much better. Also, the creole gumbo was delicious and authentic, surprised this dish was available at a brew pub. Our experience was topped off by our very efficient and pleasant server Anna. She was fantastic, a Keeper!!! We pass through the Wytheville area every July on our way to and back from our visit to New Hampshire. First time we stayed in Wytheville, however going forward Wytheville and 7 Dogs will be our go to stop.”

“On our way to Nashville, we stopped at Wytheville, Va location. Restaurant was very clean and our waitress Sherry was great! She was very fast but attentive, and just so cute!”

“My husband and I ate dinner at this wonderful Asian fusion restaurant last night. The vibe is welcoming. The space feels like a hug. Love the copper cup water fountains! Staff were attentive and kind. Our food came out hot and fast and fresh. The menu offered a perfect blend of Asian fusion options. The prices were excellent compared to the value and freshness of the food. It was a wonderful experience and we’re so glad we tried it! It’s a newer restaurant on the scene of the beautiful views in Wytheville, Virginia. You won’t be disappointed! We ordered the scallion pancake, the crab Rangoon (yes with real crab), miso soup, chicken satay, and chicken steamed spring rolls that were amazing. The chicken & broccoli was the perfect portion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Stopped by at this Captain Ds Restaurant yesterday and the food was great! Food was fresh and hot. Staff is friendly. The girl with the red hair in drive-thru is so sweet and such a hard worker 10/10 Definitely will be returning to the Wytheville Captain D's”

“We have ate a few times at the Jersey Mike's Sub in Wytheville. The food is good and so much better than Subway. But, it is so cold inside you can't even hardly eat in there. We were there yesterday, and we had to go back outside and get our coats and then come back in. That really didn't help a whole lot. Every time we have eaten there it is freezing in there. Usually, we have to get our food at eat in the car because it is so cold. Please consider your customers and cut that air back. Good grief.”

“We made a stop at El Patio Mexican Grill on Route 81, Exit 70 during our drive from Gatlinburg to Washington, and wow — what a great find! The food was delicious, the portions were huge, and the staff treated us with genuine kindness.
If we were local, this would absolutely be one of our favorite places. We’d be back every week. Don’t miss this gem if you’re traveling through the area!”

“It's a Starbucks, quality is pretty much the same as everywhere. The only issue I had at this location was it was slow. very slow. It seemed like it was understaffed. They were not as busy as most and still super slow. Everyone was nice overall.”

“Sunday, May 3rd, 6:30ish? The nice woman (I should have gotten her name) working behind the counter did a wonderful job in every way possible. As it should be in the food service industry. From the moment a customer walks through the door, to the time they are done with their meal and exit the restaurant. We felt cared about and valued. She checked on us a couple different times while we were enjoying our meals, seeing if we needed anything and offering a genuine smile. I also could not help but notice how she kept herself busy while there were no other customers to serve by cleaning the lobby, and doing it happily. She is a perfect example of what an employee should be like. Thank you for the positive experience. Great hospitality and delicious food that is very much appreciated after driving several hours making our way home to Michigan from South Carolina and Nashville before that. Big trip. “The crew manager, Heather Parker, was outstanding in helping me and other customers today. I even asked for her name so I could write a positive review for her. It was busy but she managed to keep calm and get each order in a timely manner. One employee was obviously frustrated but she relieved him of his duties and took over to allow him time to rest. That type of leadership is definitely hard to find in any job and it was refreshing to see it still exists! I do not visit Wytheville often but will make a point to stop in Wendy’s when I am traveling through!”
