“Rare you can right a positive review on a fast food place much less give a 5 start review. This is a rare find that you get good hot food and friendly staff. Been here twice over several months both times it has been spot on. Wish more locations were this good Most I stop at under any brand the food is nasty the people are rude and the place is dirty. Not here They are doing the best they can. The place is a older one and a little rough but I can see past that to get good food“

“The crew manager, Heather Parker, was outstanding in helping me and other customers today. I even asked for her name so I could write a positive review for her. It was busy but she managed to keep calm and get each order in a timely manner. One employee was obviously frustrated but she relieved him of his duties and took over to allow him time to rest. That type of leadership is definitely hard to find in any job and it was refreshing to see it still exists! I do not visit Wytheville often but will make a point to stop in Wendy’s when I am traveling through!“

“I stopped by near closing time for a small cup of ice and ginger ale to help my mother take some medicine at Carrington Place. Kylie stepped from around the counter to help me get the drink at the dispensing machine. Even though I offered to pay and wanted to, Kylie would not accept and comped me on the drink. Kudos! What service! Give that young woman a raise! Thank you, Kylie!“

“Stopped by at this Captain Ds Restaurant yesterday and the food was great! Food was fresh and hot. Staff is friendly. The girl with the red hair in drive-thru is so sweet and such a hard worker 10/10 Definitely will be returning to the Wytheville Captain D's“

“I came through the drive thru on 11/2 and a gentleman was very rude to the worker and was calling them names and the workers did not serve him because he called them names! They did the right thing. The girl at the window was very nice and all my food was fresh and hot! Thank you Wytheville McDonald’s! Great job!“

“All the other delivery joints turned me down cuz i was in Max Meadows but Papa Johns came thru, I'm a truck driver and tired of eating expensive travel stop foods I'm giving the delivery driver a $25 tip, keep up the dedicated service guys!!!“
