“Needed a bite and went to this Arby's... Twas very much in keeping with the rest of the franchise stores we've visited.

I had a regular roast beef and curly fries - these never disappoint!

“Went tonight and they were short staffed but transparent about the wait. The lady in the drive through was so sweet. They were out of some things so she helped me navigate the order. Kudos to her for being positive while getting her butt kicked. And the wait was not nearly as long as I thought it would be. I hope this location values her because she was a true superstar.“

However there is one member of the team there that specifically always makes me feel like a valued customer and goes out of her way to make sure I am happy with my order and her name is Stephanie S.
