Also, on one occasion, I was dining in and I overheard a conversation between a supervisor and a new hire, he was talking to her about how he really wants to focus on her learning exceptional customer service as a priority. I thought that was very telling on how this place is run and shows how great their attitudes are.“

“The staff here are incredible. I placed an online pickup order and didn't realize until I got there, I was at the wrong store. Without hesitation, they made me a sub and told me they'd call the other store to tell them about the mix up. No extra charge. It's a small thing, but it meant this tired mama who's just getting getting over the flu going through the whole family, didn't have to trek all the way to the other store to get a bite to eat.“

“Even though this is a SMALL town and we were passing through, my Italian BMT with capocollo and my husband’s chicken teriyaki was so amazing but our sandwich artists were more amazing!! The fact they were super attentive to our order was a plus! The manager is outstanding with how she runs the restaurant! Thanks for taking great care of us today while we stuffed our faces!“

“They've got some great people here, but not everyone who interacts with the public has perfected the social mask that is all but required of fast food service. The food can either be really good, or just kind of average. I recommend using the drive thru, as the dining room is often barren of others after the breakfast rush is over and usually is not well maintained. The 4 stars is mainly because they have a few 5 star employees, but are brought down by the 50/50 on whether the food will be great and the occasional issues with the other employees.“

“We were passing through Monday morning April 8, 2024. My wife and I commented to each other what an excellent McDonald's this was. The facilities were very clean, and the young man who helped us was very friendly and professional. This was a cut above most McDonald's that we have visited in recent years. Thanks.“

My only complaint about this location is the round stairs at the entrance that create a sort of optical illusion, and I know I'm going to trip carrying my pizzas one of these days. Definitely not handicap accessible.“

“We ordered 16 pieces of fish and the very nice lady who was running the register at the drive thru, gave us a great deal. I can't remember how she did it but it made it much cheaper than what we originally thought. We so appreciate when people take pride in their work and know the true meaning of customer service. Our food was brought to our car because it was cooked fresh. Not something that had set under the warmer too long. I was really impressed. So glad we have this Long John's to still visit. I recommend!!“
