Overall Arby's food is enjoyable. This location was extremely slow. When I walked in there was no one in line and I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes waiting for the guy behind the counter to acknowledge me. Then once he did I noticed that his name tag said shift leader, WOW that's scary. I certainly don't want him working for me. I have enjoyed Arby's for years! The Jamoca shakes are awesome and the food is terrific! I love the 2 for 7 deals and the Fish Sandwich I believe is better than Mc Donald's !!!Parking: The Christiansburg location is my Go To restaurant!

Love Arby's, but... it seems there's always a problem with our order when going through the drive thru. The order is incorrect, they are out of an item or don't have all the ingredients. The staff are always friendly and apologetic when the issues arise. Please remember the person at the counter or drive through window isn't responsible for not having an item or the restaurant being short staffed.
