Food was good. Service...specifically the wait time was ATROCIOUS. After 12 minutes of waiting innthe drive thru line without moving, I went inside where I proceeded to wait another 19 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!!

Overall Arby's food is enjoyable. This location was extremely slow. When I walked in there was no one in line and I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes waiting for the guy behind the counter to acknowledge me. Then once he did I noticed that his name tag said shift leader, WOW that's scary. I certainly don't want him working for me. The guy who came in after me waited about 5 minutes after I was done placing my order to be acknowledged. Then I go to get my drink and the drink station was disgusting, stuff spilled all over it. Two employees came out from the back filled their drinks and completely ignored the mess that was there. Next I sit at a table and look over to see filth and garbage all over the dining room floor. I now sit here and cautiously eat my food and pray I don't get sick.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The food is always cold and the employees are incredibly rude. And when I wrote a comment saying I wanted a refund on my food which was cold, and very little portions for how overpriced it is, customer service said "I'm glad you liked your food"
Ordered two combos and a sandwich got home with two combos and fries were hard like sticks and cold the dog refused to eat them needless to say I didn't get dinner and they refused to do anything about it so pretty much stole my ten dollars!

I ordered a wrap and the entire thing was saturated in honey mustard. The chicken in it was cold and hard and the wrap was stale. Also ordered Mac & cheese bites that I did not receive.. and did not receive any sauces despite asking. Spent $51 and the only good thing to come of it was the sweet tea and fries.
I have enjoyed Arby's for years! The Jamoca shakes are awesome and the food is terrific! I love the 2 for 7 deals and the Fish Sandwich I believe is better than Mc Donald's !!!Parking: The Christiansburg location is my Go To restaurant!
Ordered a Beef and Cheddar and when it came, it was cold. They really went all-out with their cheese sauce too. Terrible service at this location and they have messed up my order more than once. I’ve had to drive back to this location because delivery orders are always wrong.

Kid at window was less than helpful. Honestly he was a punk! Send him to chik filet for about an hour! Decided to drive away!
Place was empty for a rare moment. Got in and food in my hand in no time. Dining room comfortable, not too cold.
