First time dining here and food was great
Panera as a chain has hit bottom. This location is no different. Terribly slow service at order and food prep. Food is mediocre. Most staff look half asleep. Restaurant is dirty.
10 mins off I81. Insanely fast service, had one lady tell us she waited over 20 minutes for her order so speed must fluctuates based on time.
