I used to love Panera Bread but I have to say that I was rather disappointed in this particular one. It just feels sad and gloomy in there, makes you wanna leave. It is pretty empty, tables were not being wiped in between customers and my food was never called out once it was ready. I waited about 15 minutes before walking to the pick counter where I saw my food sitting. Luckily it was just a salad so it didn’t get cold but I don’t understand why they never called my order....read full review
Panera food is generally very good. Wait time to order and receive your food is slow. If you are in a hurry, better skip Panera. If you have time and patience, Panera is fine. Service is pleasant.

Listen, I don’t know what happened, but the older man wearing the Panera Catering shirt was just yelling at these poor teenagers behind the counter. I had great service from everyone there, they made it through a really crazy lunch rush, and around 3:30, something went wrong and the way it was handled by this older (I would say gentleman, but he was not gentle) man was so embarrassing to witness.
