First time dining here and food was great

They regularly close about 30 mins earlier then what’s listed, it would be great if the hours on the door and website reflected that, to eliminate confusion. it’s terribly awkward for the group of customers showing up within that window to a fully lit restaurant, waiting minutes in the drive thru queue only to find out individually no one will be taking your order. being ignored by the staff while they clean up and avoid eye contact, isn’t ideal especially considering...read full review

Wow. What a difference leadership makes. New interior decor, and all new management team...place looks good, bathroom is dirty, service and manners collapsed to Christiansburg standard (mediocre). Y'all need to walk inside any booming Chik-fil-a and relearn what customer service is.
Your old core crew held this place together. Heading for trashburg.
