Hamburger buns were soggy,, had to take the top bun off..Service sucks so much. The girl that took my order barley paid attention to me,and she acted like we were a bother to her.. I'm sad I never knew about this chain until now. Good food, even better value. Only thing I would change is the temperature. It was about 55 inside the restaurant. Made for a shivering lunch.

Dinged a point because the older lady at the front had made our milkshakes. It wasn't rinsed or whatever so my caramel fudge milkshake tasted like my sons pineapple one she made right before it. Other than that the food was great. And a good deal of food for the price. Good place for families (especially on a budget).Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices for the little ones
