I’ve lived in the NRV my entire life, and in that time, I’ve eaten at just about every Chinese restaurant in the area. Whether I’m looking back over the past 20+ years or comparing Fu Lin to the restaurants still in business today, I can confidently say it is the best Chinese restaurant this area has ever had, at least for as long as I’ve been alive.
