“Cool place in the heart of Blacksburg, great events and very inclusive space. They don’t actually serve milk here though, requested 2% and bartender told me all they had was half and half. So I enjoyed a glass of half and half while watching the Drag Show. More calories than I would have preferred but beggars can’t be choosers“
“Great experience at the Hokie House. Able to sit down and get meal before a game at Cassell Colliseum, the server was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Many tvs to watch a game also and they seemed to have a really good list of alcoholic beverages available. Definitely recommend to visit while in Blacksburg.“

“A place we visit almost everytime we are in Blacksburg. We love the vibe and the setting. Great bar and taps. My husband likes stouts and he was delighted , they had his fare. They have a great variety of beer and a big menu. The pizza is decent. We are picky and can't call it great, but it is good for the area. We enjoy it.Definitely a must check out place.“
“rivermill tots is the best thing to have at this place. the tots are great and i will live by that. i only come back for their tater tots. rivermill tots are the only things you need here. i will eat this over and over and over again. i cannot stress that enough. rivermill tots.“
“Not only do they have amazing food (especially their curry and drunken noodles) but they have an amazing staff (the older gentleman who I think is the owner is such a delight and funny). They also need props for delivering during a bad time and being not only quick but safe doing so. I got my food in 20 minutes and it was left next to my door so there was no contact. You guys are bomb! ❤“
“Wing bites absolutely slap. Hands down, one of the best bars in America. Proper cork dart boards, beautiful pool tables, affordable drinks, great beer selection, amazing bar layout (quiet vibe up front, games in the middle, lots of bar seating, walk up ordering area and a killer patio), touch tunes, cool bathrooms…….do I have you convinced yet? Come check this place out ASAP.“
“The food here was pretty good. It’s a little small and cramped how it’s set up. Kinda feels like you are on top of others getting out of your chair if you are in the tables area. Your back is pretty close to the booths. Had to put my jacket on after leaving my table because I didn’t want to hit the person in the booth.For vegans: I shared the vegetarian burrito with my husband. Just asked for no cheese/queso. It was already on the vegetarian section of the menu so I assumed the rice was vegan since if it’s on the vegetarian menu it shouldn’t be made with chicken broth. But you can always confirm prior to eating. The burrito was huge and I’m glad we shared. Salsa and Guac is very delicious.“
“I think this is the first time I've ever gotten a call from a restaurant 5 minutes before the reservation time saying the table was ready. We arrived in rainy weather a few minutes later. Our meals were excellent - black n blue salad, black n blue burger, and Cuban sandwich. We also enjoyed the strawberry and cream creme Brule.“
