I had the Hokie Ham and cheese, wife had Greek sub, grandson meat calzone. All were good, large servings. Good draft selection. Not pretentious, just plain good!
I recommend going to cellar basement instead of the restaurant upstairs. Sat upstairs at bar and bartender wasn’t friendly, took forever to get us a drink when it wasn’t busy, and then never put in our food order. We moved to a table and the server was rly nice. But my French dip sandwich was completely raw. The food here is usually good. Takes forever to arrive but once it does it’s pretty decent.
