We love their salads! The drive- thru is slow so need to be very patient.
This place is slow the management sucks, my order came out correct but it took an hour to get my food from the drive thru. I've lived here long enough to know that this Wendy's wasn't always bad but within the last 3 years it has been nothing but poor service. If you go to this Wendy's expect to wait an hour before you get food.
Yesterday and today I ordered a taco salad. Yesterday I received no sour cream, but mistakes happen. I decided to try again today. I got a salad and chili with crackers. No taco chips, no sour cream, no dressing , and no fork (just a spoon). Since we had food for three people, holding up the line to take inventory of our meals was not the kind thing to do. I would encourage the management to train the employees to check the contents before handing the bag out the window.
