Slow service, food was ok Burger was cold cheese wasn't melted well and half of the fries were cold and others were hot. Some sodas were out and the dining room closed while we were eating in and my daughter got locked out when she had to go outside for the free Frosty
This place is ridiculous. Went on a Friday evening at 7:00pm. They were out of everything , ranch, honey mustard , tea, ketchup, Frostys, yes I said Frostys. To top if off 4-6 minute wait on hamburgers of any kind. Meanwhile my fries sat on a tray for 8 minutes waiting on burger, when I asked for fresh fries, she literally dumped them and then handed me hot ones in my hand asked for a tray and was met with such a look of disgust I just took the fries. Went through the drive through late this evening. Food was good, warm. Seemed to be good quality. The employees who served me looked very distant and as if they didn't want to be there. They weren't very accommodating, but they could be just tired.Since this is my first visit, I'd say it's worth visiting because there really isn't much fast food options in Westlake.
