“The food was fine, but the wait is horrible. It seems there's usually only 2 or 3 workers. One on the speaker & cash drawer and one cooking. I understand it's not their fault, nobody will work. It's like a revolving door of new employees.“

“I decided to stop by New Year's eve to get something in my stomach before drinking. They were full but I was offered a seat outside and took it. The food is all great here. Tonight they had a man carding at the front door. A customer came up already with a bad attitude. He didn't want to be carded and was insulted for he had been coming here for years. The gentleman minding the door whose name was Chris handled it very calmly with no attitude even though the guy calmed he didn't like Chris's attitude. the customer was clear trying to start something but only received politeness. I saw that same guy trying to start it up with another gentleman watching the door. Great job to Chris. He was also nice enough to stop and chat with me and do his job. I was the only one sitting outside it was nice to be acknowledged. Thanks“

“My Mom lives here at Friendship Manor. Club Friendship is in the resident's center and is open weekdays. Mom likes being able to walk to the cafe and seems to prefer it over having someone take her off campus to eat out.The staff are very friendly and get to know the clientele by name. I get hugs when I visit. (I've been coming to visit several times a year for 20 years.)The menu is relatively inexpensive and is suitable for nearly everyone.“

This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.

“I ordered delivery and when I opened the bag I had missing items and items I did not order. I had to get in my vehicle (wasn't feeling well) go to the restaurant and inform them of the error. Although I was a little vexed, Travis handled the situation with professionalism, and compassion for my having to come to the restaurant under my circumstances. “Just had dinner with family after picking our Christmas tree. This is the first place that the waiter (Stephen) came and checked on us frequently, apologized at least 3 times when one of us didn’t get our meal at the same time. Drinks were filled without having to wait or be asked. He was very courteous and had a big smile while waiting on us. I would say the waiter deserves a 10+ for the wonderful experience. Will make another trip for sure!“

“On Saturday, June 17, 2023, my husband, Bill, and I hosted our 80th Birthday Party on the Patio at your lovely location. We made plans through your Manager, Adrian, and he was most helpful. Our servers were Ashli and Morgan B. They were outstanding and definitely helped to make our party FANTASTIC and a success! We had 44 adults and 4 children in attendance, and the service was over the top excellent. The food was delicious and was served in a very timely manner. All of our guests were more than pleased with the food and the service. I have never seen service to this many people so professional and timely. These two young ladies were professional and fun, and treated all of our guests as if they were "their" gusts, wanting to give them the best service ever. In fact, many of our guests commented on their professionalism, and the quality of the food, and how they would return here to have future meals. We eat here often and ALWAYS find the selections well prepared, tasty, and delivered in a timely manner. I recommend this Macado's to anyone expecting a great meal in a fun atmosphere. Thank you.“
