“That was a mess. Waiting n line over 15 minutes only one person in front waiting on people and getting order fill. Then stop 2 get tea and coffee to fill in dinning room. No manager came to help or to see why such a long line. Don't think I will go back there“
“Highly recommend driving that extra four minutes and going to the martinsville BK on Church rather than the one in Collinsville. The service was amazing. We are so used to the staff at the Collinsville location pushing the food out the window, no smile, no have a nice day, nothing. They are rather rude. We were super surprised that the martinsville location was the exact opposite. The two windows had two amazing men working them. They both smiled, asked how we were doing and told us to have a good night. Small things matter... I think people forget that. ❤️ ? ? Will be driving a few extra minutes for the small things.“
“As par for all other nationwide chains for this restaurant they get your order at the speaker u have a first window to pay & verify ur order to pull to the 2nd window ask u what u ordered for a 2nd time to hand u an order that's not urs or missing items. I'd say at a ratio of 8 x out of 10 this happens. The good thing is 9 x out of 10 their ice cream machine is working. Down side the quality of the ice cream they use went way dwn & the price went up.Kid-friendliness: It's frigging Mc Donald's what do I have to say about kid friendly. I mean, what well-rounded child in America doesn't like McDonald's?“
“I'm not one for sports bars and the like, know that me giving one of them a 4 star rating is high praise.The service was average, not exceptional but not lacking either.Their meals are fairly carb heavy for the price, but I go to Applebee's for a change of pace, not as a regular expecting large portions to serve as my main meal for the day.My partner and I enjoy the 2 meal deals, they don't save a ton of money but it is better than it could be.Clean and good looking location. Will eat here again.“
“Store number:2030 Alicia showed excellent customer service as we came in the store. After listening to our order valuable patience considering we are from out of town specifically north Carolina. And showed us high quality patience that will always make us stop at this Hardee's upon coming to the state of Virginia. She has given the store a 5 star rating just because of her willingness and eagerness to giving the customers needs and wants upon arrival. We are not sure of her status at this location however it should be top ranking. Even if we had a taste for other food her customer service has made us crave whatever Hardee's is serving. Thank you guys for this loving experience and we can't wait to stop by again. And hopefully we can experience this same customer service in the morning hours as we leave the city Martinsville Va. “Went here after a visit to the hospital on the way back home right around lunch time on Wed. 01/18/23 , and the front cashier was very nice. She was just absolutely delightful making the visit that much better, got the order right and brought it to the table for us. The food was hot and fresh. Will be going back if I'm in town.“
“A lovely place to dine-in!Beautifully decorated and clean throughout.The waiters are prompt & nice.Several times, I've driven past this place and wondered how it was. I'm glad I finally stopped in!We ordered the "Junkyard fries" to share, and each ordered the "All Shook Up Burger." We ate the fries up and were surprised at how full we were. They give you a very generous portion for the price. My husband said that the burger was very good! I will be trying it later.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger on the menu“
“I'm updating this to reflect the wonderful staff and food here. After 4 try's I finally got to enjoy their food. In a twist, I actually am more impressed with the soulful sides than the meat and sauce! Mac and cheese, baked beans, macaroni salad, potato salad and last but certainly not least- the butter honey corn rolls. OMG- if you have seen the Texas road house rolls vs Cheddars croissants competition then let me introduce a new challenger! Light, sweet, hot, with warm honey drizzle. I liked the meat. The sauce for the ribs is a little runny for my taste. The chicken was seasoned well, but with no sauce I would encourage them to make it a bit bolder and smokier. But the highlight is the very sweet people working very hard there, and treating everyone like family!“

“The food and service here is excellent. The Indian food is really good, portions are generous, and orders are ready quickly.The biryani, with and without chicken, is delicious, the samosas are some of the most amazing things I have tasted, and the raita and the mint and tamarind chutnies are so good you'll want to eat them with a spoon.The only thing that hasn't been fabulous is the butter chicken. It seemed a little bland compared to how amazing the other dishes are.Overall, the food is outstanding, and we'll be back for more for sure.“
