“I went today to try the Fish Platter for takeout. The young man that waited on me was most helpful explaining the menu options and very pleasant to deal with. The order was ready in no time at all. “Was in the area for work from Charlotte, NC and wanted a burger place to try that isn't in Charlotte. Big Burger Spot was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and the parmesan tots I couldn't get enough of. Not to mention the staff was super friendly and helpful with our entire order. “Clean, was greeted immediately when I walked in. There were people in training there and it seemed like the trainer was being very patient and kind to them. I say this because I've walked into places before where the manager was yelling at someone who was clearly still learning. Food was fast and delicious. The fries were still crunchy even after a 15 minute drive home.“
“We ate there today for the first time today and the food was delicious. My wife had a philly chicken sandwich and i had a double cheeseburger combo and it was $29.00. The only problem I had that it was a little expensive. The menu on line with the prices need to be updated, because it is a different price than what is at the restaurant. But overall the food was really good.“
“I made a late stop tonight just before it started pouring down rain here in Kernersville,as I was waiting for the rain to slack up a bit one of the young men working there came to the door with and umbrella and walked me to my car in the pouring rain and wind. Now as a man I was like I'm good but he insisted that he walked me out and kept me covered until I was in my car. I didn't get his name but Thanks You Sir, that's what good customer service is like.“
