“Grill Cheese sandwich- $4.50 White sandwich bag- .45 cents. Tax- .35 cents = One grill cheese sandwich to go- $5.30. Or make 10 at home for $4.50 and save the bag and tax. America is in serious trouble. Todd's s not the problem. We are for allowing this to happen. I will never allow anyone to sell me a white sandwich bag for 45 cents again. “I just went through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru on my breaks from work, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Kendall and Evan! They were genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at Chick-fil-A, and they made my entire experience so much better.
They were both working on the tablets and were incredibly sweet, kind, patient, and helpful. They helped me navigate the menu and find something that would really spruce up my dinner, and they did it with such positive and welcoming attitudes. You could genuinely tell that they cared about making sure I had a good experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit because of them! Chick-fil-A is already known for great customer service, but Kendall and Evan truly went above and beyond. Big kudos to both of them—you guys deserve to be recognized! 💕“

“Zaxby’s has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants, and this has to be the best location I’ve ever been to. Hands down, the service, friendliness of the employees, and food is top notch compared to others!

My go to is always the Big Zax Snack, but Zaxby’s offers a variety of options to choose from, like the new chicken quesadilla or lemon pepper seasoning. I’ve been here quite a few times, and have only had one issue with a coupon not working, which they swiftly and courteously handled for us. Food is hot and fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and employees are attentive to anything we’ve needed. Highly recommend this location!“

“A better alternative to Taco Bell, for sure. When you get a taco, the tortilla is actually full. The menu has lots of different options that the competition doesn’t have. I was surprised by how great the burger is. The 8 layer burrito is my favorite and a great vegetarian option. I hope they keep the carnitas around permanently 🤞. All in all, the best fast food Mexican option.“

“Honestly one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… aside from near the airport . This McDonald’s gives great service , great manners , order is always correct and done in a very timely manner, and the gag is we mainly come late late nights or very early mornings (2am-) and the service is still great. I’m not too sure of the guy who’s always at the window now but he’s the BEST!!!!“

“Overall, this is one of my favorite McDonald’s locations. The drive-thru is usually very fast, the food is consistently fresh, and the accuracy of my orders has been excellent. Out of the hundreds of times I’ve visited, I can only remember one minor mistake, which speaks highly of the team’s consistency.

The only reason I’m not giving a perfect experience is that, on some late-night visits, the greeting at the drive-thru speaker can come across as annoyed or impatient. It may not be intentional, but the tone sometimes makes it feel like customers are inconveniencing the employee. Once I get to the window, however, the staff have always been polite and professional.

Aside from that small issue, this location is well-run and dependable. The speed, food quality, and order accuracy keep me coming back, and I would definitely recommend it.“

They deserve a raise!!!!!!!“

“I know this sounds odd but I want to encourage you to try out the Burger King in Kernersville (by Chick-fil-A and Walmart). They rarely have backed up lines and the food is always fresh. When they first opened I think we all shared a more negative judgment of the location but it has definitely changed. I now frequent there for breakfast and lunch and I'm always impressed with their attitudes, service and speed. Maybe hop out of that other long line and give them a try.“
