I just accepted the refund, but then Kara stepped out and wanted to offer any other options for me. It wasn’t just great Customer Service, but she went above and beyond just to be kind. And some days, that’s all it takes.“

“Chick-fil-A fries are the best fast food fries as far as I'm concerned and my grandson agrees! My husband liked the chicken & waffle sandwich and the nuggets are always so good. The vanilla shake is good and I've always had happy and friendly employees at various locations. There never seems to be chaos and craziness going on like I hear and see at other fast food establishments.“

“My mom and I went to purchase a MacBook and we went through Kernersville and had never ate at a 5 Guys before and decided to try it out. We both got patty melts and they were DELICIOUS. But the real reason we would go back was the service. There was a black gentleman there and a white lady that made our day with excellent service and were so kind. “Grill Cheese sandwich- $4.50 White sandwich bag- .45 cents. Tax- .35 cents = One grill cheese sandwich to go- $5.30. Or make 10 at home for $4.50 and save the bag and tax. America is in serious trouble. Todd's s not the problem. We are for allowing this to happen. I will never allow anyone to sell me a white sandwich bag for 45 cents again. Cannot afford this place any longer. Sorry for the owners.“

“A better alternative to Taco Bell, for sure. When you get a taco, the tortilla is actually full. The menu has lots of different options that the competition doesn’t have. I was surprised by how great the burger is. The 8 layer burrito is my favorite and a great vegetarian option. I hope they keep the carnitas around permanently 🤞. All in all, the best fast food Mexican option.“

“Honestly one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… aside from near the airport . This McDonald’s gives great service , great manners , order is always correct and done in a very timely manner, and the gag is we mainly come late late nights or very early mornings (2am-) and the service is still great. I’m not too sure of the guy who’s always at the window now but he’s the BEST!!!!“

“Overall, this is one of my favorite McDonald’s locations. The drive-thru is usually very fast, the food is consistently fresh, and the accuracy of my orders has been excellent. Out of the hundreds of times I’ve visited, I can only remember one minor mistake, which speaks highly of the team’s consistency.

The only reason I’m not giving a perfect experience is that, on some late-night visits, the greeting at the drive-thru speaker can come across as annoyed or impatient. It may not be intentional, but the tone sometimes makes it feel like customers are inconveniencing the employee. Once I get to the window, however, the staff have always been polite and professional.

Aside from that small issue, this location is well-run and dependable. The speed, food quality, and order accuracy keep me coming back, and I would definitely recommend it.“

They deserve a raise!!!!!!!“

“I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I’m a business owner and we all have bad days.
But I cannot find anywhere where you can get some help with your order.

I’ve been ordering the same pizza and sides weekly for a while now. I switched the side today but I think the cook was drunk.
The garlic knots are bad but the pizza is worse.
Boxes weren’t sealed.

Feb 15th Delivery guy was very nice and pizza was perfect.“
