“This particular Chick-fil-A is always incredibly busy, at least, whenever I go. I usually don't have time to walk in and order, so I go through the drive thru. It definitely takes a while to get through the drive thru. However, even though it can be slow, the people are still very lovely and patient and the food quality is great. Still a great Chick-fil-A to visit, just not if you're in a rush.“

“Went in for a quick bite after work and it did what I needed it to do. The place was fairly clean and the line moved at a decent pace, even with a few people ahead of me. I ordered a combo meal and the food came out hot, which I always appreciate at a fast food spot. Fries were fresh, not overly salty, and the burger tasted how you’d expect, nothing fancy but solid. Staff was polite enough, not overly chatty but got the order right. Prices felt normal for what you get these days. It’s not somewhere I’d drive out of my way for, but for a quick and easy meal, it works just fine and I’d go back again.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but NIYA deserves to be recognized!

I don’t know her personally, but I called to ask about placing my order online and then calling back to make sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. NIYA answered the phone and was so kind and patient with my questions. After I placed my order, I called back to double-check a few details, and when I tell you she WOWED me, I truly mean it.

She made my order perfectly, exactly how I asked, and even went above and beyond. NIYA included a special handwritten note that touched my heart so much, I drove back to the store the next day just to speak with the manager in person and let them know how much she exceeded my expectations.

I eat out often, but I have never experienced someone being so genuinely nice, accommodating, and warm. It honestly felt like she put love into making my order.

NIYA is a true gem, and JM should be incredibly proud to have her on their team. I won’t go to any other location unless I’m out of town. Amazing job, NIYA. Please keep doing what you do. You serve from the heart, and it shows. 🩷“

“I went for the first time in high point location with my family before I worked. Loved the food and our waitress was amazing. Went in on a Sunday around 5pm. And opened my to go order and got this. Made my night. Please I recommend her as a waitress and deserves a wonderful tip.“

“We have stop here about once a week due to our summer schedule, they're always very friendly, service is top notch. Cailey usually runs our food, and she always follows up and makes time to check on us. Jessica has taken our order several times, she always has a smile and a kind word for us. “I don't eat a lot of fast food but I like Arby's. Now just like any fast food, it has to be made fresh. Last time I was here, yes they parked me and brought it out but the guy was really nice and he made the food fresh (it took longer) and it was worth the wait.“

“An older gentleman fell walking inside yesterday. Even though it was extremely busy the manager, who was working hard alongside her staff, ran out and helped customers pick the fella up and check on him. She then walked him inside and helped him grab a booth. She whispered to a staff member to call EMS just to get him checked out and she proceeded to jump back in the midst of a big rush all while continually going to check on the man and making him something to eat. Several people offered to pay for the old timers meal but the manager lady insisted she had him covered. Whoever is in charge of her pay needs to make sure she's treated right and is taken care of financially because in 2025 she's extremely rare and a gem of a manager. And for her young age I'm just very impressed. Gives me hope.“

“The building and inside dining area appeared clean and well-kept when I walked in. I stopped by to grab a tuna sub, and the sandwich itself tasted pretty good and hit the spot.
However, there were a couple of things that kept this from being a top-notch experience. First, My server wouldn't let me use my coupon because they already had a daily special running, which felt a bit restrictive since you'd expect to be able to use a valid coupon anytime before the expiration date. The service was okay and the person making the sandwich was polite enough, but the transaction felt a little rushed and hurried through.
Down on the food line, I also noticed that some of the ingredient containers weren't completely filled up. No matter what time a customer walks through the door, those bins should look fresh, stocked, and ready to go.
Overall, the food is good and the place is clean, but the rushed pace and the empty containers mean it doesn't quite hit that highest mark. It’s a fair, decent spot, but there’s room for improvement on staying on top of the food line.“

“Nice dining room. Cool faux, electric heater fireplace. Plenty of seating, tables and booths. Stopped in at night about 8pm...busy in the drive thru, but we were welcomed and then told just a minute, and were helped just a few seconds later. Holiday decorations were nice to see as well“

We Shaq-a-roni.. we were missing some items, it was completely the door dashers fault, she admitted forgetting them, went back to her car then speed off without coming back to our door. We have a ring bell… so now we are missing wings and 5 cheese sauces.. so I call the store. DYLAN was AMAZING!! Explains my cheese sauces were in another box that I did receive!! And explained he had problems with the dasher driver earlier in the evening.. the pizza is delicious!!! And Dylan refunded the item I was missing, but also offered to remake it and have it resent as well as a future credit with the store. He did what I asked with kindness and willingness to make it right!! If it weren’t for how good the pizza is and Dylan I wouldn’t have became a returning customer tonight!“

“Food was alright. Haven’t ate at Jimmy John’s before this, however I would go back. The food appeared to have been baked slightly too long however it was good. Wish the parking lot was angled better as I have a low car and it’s kinda hard to leave lol.“

The staff was friendly enough and took my order without any hassle. The dining area was clean, though a bit small, so it might get crowded during peak hours. Prices seemed fair for what you get, and they had some good combo options.“
