“I don’t usually leave reviews, but NIYA deserves to be recognized!

I don’t know her personally, but I called to ask about placing my order online and then calling back to make sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. NIYA answered the phone and was so kind and patient with my questions. After I placed my order, I called back to double-check a few details, and when I tell you she WOWED me, I truly mean it.

She made my order perfectly, exactly how I asked, and even went above and beyond. NIYA included a special handwritten note that touched my heart so much, I drove back to the store the next day just to speak with the manager in person and let them know how much she exceeded my expectations.

I eat out often, but I have never experienced someone being so genuinely nice, accommodating, and warm. It honestly felt like she put love into making my order.

I ordered a combo meal and the food came out hot, which I always appreciate at a fast food spot. Fries were fresh, not overly salty, and the burger tasted how you’d expect, nothing fancy but solid. Staff was polite enough, not overly chatty but got the order right. Prices felt normal for what you get these days. It’s not somewhere I’d drive out of my way for, but for a quick and easy meal, it works just fine and I’d go back again.“

“We have been ordering from this location for years and it’s always one of our favorite meals. Tonight we came inside to order and were greeted by an enthusiastic employee named Richard. He clocked in and immediately started engaging with guests, smiling and even asking his coworkers how he could help them. It was really great to see someone so friendly behind the line, happy to be there and going above and beyond not only for the guests, but for his coworkers as well. Keep up the good work, Richard. “An older gentleman fell walking inside yesterday. Even though it was extremely busy the manager, who was working hard alongside her staff, ran out and helped customers pick the fella up and check on him. She then walked him inside and helped him grab a booth. She whispered to a staff member to call EMS just to get him checked out and she proceeded to jump back in the midst of a big rush all while continually going to check on the man and making him something to eat. Several people offered to pay for the old timers meal but the manager lady insisted she had him covered. Whoever is in charge of her pay needs to make sure she's treated right and is taken care of financially because in 2025 she's extremely rare and a gem of a manager. And for her young age I'm just very impressed. Gives me hope.“

“This chipotles on Bitters is my favorite. I love the staffs energy. I also love the fact that they give you your food with a smile and everyone has a nice personality. I enjoy the greet they give when i walk up. Also the food portion are reasonable, not measured by how you look like some of tje other location smh. And the food is always cook well, I mean done not hard under cooked rice like 1604 store. This location is awesome, the staff is welcoming and warm to all. Not just to a certain group of customers, again like 1604 location. Take notes other stores!! They know customer service at the Bitters location and I appreciate that.“

“Had a pretty good experience at Chipotle today. The line moved along quicker than I expected and the staff was friendly while putting everything together. I got a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, beans, and the usual toppings, and everything tasted fresh. Portions were decent and the food was still warm when I sat down to eat. The restaurant was fairly clean too, although a couple tables couldve been wiped down a little sooner. Overall, nothing to complain about and I’d definitely come back when I’m in the mood for something quick and filling.“
