“This was an unusual and great dining experience for us. Our party arrived separately, and my father had difficulty finding the restaurant, because of it's location tucked back behind the main businesses off of North Main Street. I got a call from him, rather frantic, when I just came to the hostess station. The hostess was super helpful with him and even talked him through the steps to get to the restaurant, spending at least five minutes on the phone with him during a busy time. She was so patient and helpful. I regret that I did not get her name. Once we all arrived our dining experience continued to be excellent. Our server, Freya, was also patient, warm and welcoming and by the end of the dinner almost felt like family as she was so friendly with us. We had food allergies among our party and she was very helpful with those. She brought us a separate menu with plenty of items that were marked clearly for allergies. None in our party had any allergic reactions that evening. The food and wine was fantastic, and we left satisfied. Even though we took a long time because of the difficulty in getting there, no one so much as hinted at any inconvenience for the restaurant. Many restaurants in the area are closed on Mondays, and this was a birthday dinner, so it was nice to find one of the finest restaurants in town available on that evening. We will definitely be back.”

“The hostess and wait staff were so accommodating and really went out of their way to get us seated even though we didn’t have reservations during a very busy time with furniture market. The cocktails were delicious and the food was also great! Highly recommend the magnolia dip. Will be back!”

“I have been coming here for a while now! I love the bartenders and the beers are great! They are also dog friendly and always welcoming with my large dog! I have always felt so welcomed and I love trying all the beers on tap! The Nutty Blonde is fantastic! This is my favorite place to go in high point hands down!”

“Went in for the Bourbon Winter Ale and it did not disappoint. Should have stopped at one!! All good though and walking distance for us! We are in at least once each week and love having such a good brewery so close by. Food trucks and live music are a regular occurrence so check out their Facebook page.”

“We have loved having a great dinner here for years, and tonight was no different - our server, Kate, was efficient, personable, and funny. The food was PERFECTION like always, and even when we were too full from dinner, we still had to have dessert (bread pudding), and finish it completely, because it was delicious! Perfect quaint little spot in High Point for any special occasion, or just a nice night out - you can never go wrong!”

“This place is outstanding in every way. The inside is gorgeous and not over the top with decorations. Very classy but not snooty. Staff is always helpful and fast. The food is amazing and portions are huge. Our go to is always their butter chicken and Chicken 65 and their huge delicious Naan. This place has become our comfort food haven. Take out or eat in, this place never fails us.”

“I almost didnt come here but i am so glad i did. First time eating korean and this is truly fine dining for a more affordable price. Also food came put very fast, but they were less busy so on a busier day dont hold it against them if it takes longer. For me though it took about 5 min.”

“I went to eat here last night and it was a joy .First off the food was awesome for a bar grill they offer Fajitas which is genius because you usually don't have that on a bar menu.The service was excellent we had a waitress named Kelly she was awesome ♥️. They have a full bar and drink specials every night.They also have food specials every night last night was Ribs and Friday Night it's Fish and Chips. Let me tell yous they have their own custom Chips also very yummy ?.Parking: Lots of Parking .”

“I finally had an opportunity to dine at Fire & Sticks after a couple of earlier attempts when we didnt have reservations. I will say that is was worth the wait. The reservation was promply honored and my party was seated. The meal flowed in expected Japanese Steakhouse fashion. Soup was delicious, salad greens fresh and crisp, and followed by a perfectly prepared and well seasoned entree. Our waitress was attentive and never left us in need of a thing. Our chef was entertaining while still cooking everyones meal to order. I'll definitely come again. It was an experience I'd been missing and hadnt found in similar competing restaurants. Well done!”

“Being a Steelers fan I had to check out EZ's Place. I loved the atmosphere and decor. Our bartender/server was awesome and the wings were fantastic. Crispy, big, tender and juicy. This is going to be my go to spot for the games next season. If your a Steelers fan, then you will definitely want to come check this place out. As Steelers fans it's more than being fans, it's a brother and sisterhood no matter where your from. This place gives off that vibe. “I was traveling on business and decided to pop in without a reservation. I was lucky to get a table and I was so impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered the crab bisque and the oyster salad for a light dinner. It was all prepared exceptionally well. The price is worth the quality here. I will come back!”

“The pizza here is quite delicious and it is cooked right then and there. No picking up old pizza here. Its only downfall is the atmosphere. The place doesn't look great that's for sure. A hot and small front entrance, is only good for placing an order. Still, I would recommend trying them out first, you may be surprised.”

“We had the pre-fixe Valentine's Dinner. When I first found out what was on the menu, I was a little concerned, but found out the dishes were delicious and creative. Loved that there were choices for every diet. Our server was wonderful! The drinks and food were cooked/prepared perfectly.”

“Came here with my husband for a quick date night bite to eat. They were out of lamb chops so we both ordered steak. & chicken wings for appetizers. Hats off to the chef tonight! Everything was seasoned to perfection! Forgot all about the lamb chops. Service was excellent. Our hostess was very attentive. This location in my opinion is better than some of the high end restaurants on Main Street. My 1st great experience with food & service since moving to NC from Michigan, a few weeks ago! We also had some dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate.”

“Possible new favorite! Celebrated my birthday here for lunch and was blown away by everything we ate and drank. Started off with the brussel sprouts and the boneless beef short ribs. The beef was wild tender and flavorful. The brussel sprouts had great flavor and were cooked perfectly with some char. Really perfect. I had the Danish ribs and they were so tender and the BBQ sauce was amazing! Definitely going to revisit during dinner time when it gets warmer because they have a nice outdoor area! Our server was beyond amazing and for the life of me I cannot remember her name but she made my day. Can't wait to be back!”

“Wow...what a great surprise! We came up to High Point for the weekend and we came across this restaurant. We had the ribs, which were shockingly good. I ordered the irish rueben boxty...so amazing! The flavor was on point. The wait staff was friendly and the food was hot and service prompt. Will definitely be back again!! The portions are huge and the prices reasonable. Also recommend the purple cabbage slaw and the Mac and cheese.”

“I have to say we had written off this place several years back, inconsistent food and service however after the last 4-5 visits over the last few months we are back. Our server Terrance(TMac) was very good. Order came out perfect dispite him having a separate table of 40. Coconut shrimp is amazing. Blooming onion even seems to be prepared better than ever. Absolutely perfect!!! High Point NC location”

“Fabulous food! Fantastic atmosphere, our hibachi server was MAGNIFICENT! His name was Tomy! They sang "happy birthday " to our HPU STUDENT , our 19 year old shy daughter; p in Japanese too! Very sweet and brought her banana cake with a lit candle. We would recommend this as a must try spot to dine!”

“To echo another's post, why go to Taco Bell? This hidden gem provided me with a delicious steak quesadilla in less than 5 minutes for a decent price. The steak and cheese were properly balanced and the rice and beans were a welcome, flavorful addition. I will definitely be back when I'm craving some authentic Mexican food in the high point area.”

“We stayed here overnight on way to beach. The hotel was nice and the stay was pleasant. There is a restaurant called the Bistro where you can buy breakfast and extra coffee as the room only had two Keurig K cups. Warning the pool is undergoing a renovation and is closed till September 2022. The hotel is next to an abandon mall, which didn’t bother us and was actually quite quiet. When we arrived the water wasn’t working due to a break near the mall so we had to decide weather to stay or go somewhere else. After hearing most places near by we’re booked we decided to take a chance. Went to dinner and came back and water was fixed, thank god. We went and bought some bottle water at near by target so at least we had something to brush teeth with. Would have been nice if the hotel offered us some bottle water or maybe discount on room for inconvenience. Overall every thing worked out and I would say here again.”

“We ordered delivery, had to try the. We Shaq-a-roni.. we were missing some items, it was completely the door dashers fault, she admitted forgetting them, went back to her car then speed off without coming back to our door. We have a ring bell… so now we are missing wings and 5 cheese sauces.. so I call the store. DYLAN was AMAZING!! Explains my cheese sauces were in another box that I did receive!! And explained he had problems with the dasher driver earlier in the evening.. the pizza is delicious!!! And Dylan refunded the item I was missing, but also offered to remake it and have it resent as well as a future credit with the store. He did what I asked with kindness and willingness to make it right!! If it weren’t for how good the pizza is and Dylan I wouldn’t have became a returning customer tonight!”
