“Starbucks never disappoints! Even when the line is wrapped around the building usually moves pretty quickly. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a great vibe inside the store as well. But more importantly their coffee and beverage creations are sheer magic“
“So I always order on the app on my way in to study there. I went on the app and they were out of the vanilla syrup. So I try to make a similar drink to my usual vanilla cold brew. I’m not a barista clearly and my drink was gross. So I go up and admit it’s totally my fault the drink being bad and ask for a new one. I offered to pay for a new one. The manager (I believe her name is Emily) made exactly the perfect drink for me cuz working there they know best. She gave it to me for free even though it was my mistake AND gave me a bigger size! You can tell she really cares about her job and the customers. She even asked the correct spelling of my name.Also I stay to myself but if you look around at the regulars like me studying in there they have a real sense of community and chat with each other. It’s the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to :)“
“Hands down the BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. They have a killer team of incredible employees with incredible customer service skills. Over the past few years I frequented this location (same team moved to new location from the corner store) who I've made personal connection with and feel close to. It actually makes going to other locations slightly less satisfying because they dont know me like they do! Everyone is great Cody, Jeff, Ashley, Sylvia, Mark, all killer. Princess and Jameson, my favorite gals that go above and beyond to make me feel so special. Couldn't think of a better place to start my day.“
“My 6 year old son and I always come to this location before our taekwondo class for almost 2 years now. It is our routine to visit this lovely place. The staff is amazing always. We are always greeted with smiles on their faces even on busy days. They know us as soon as we enter that door. They always make my drink perfectly. My son loves the popcorn, chips, impossible breakfast and of course the water from SB. LolWe would recommend them to families and friends. Thank you to all the hard working staff and managers!“
“***IM POSTING THIS HERE AND ON THE TARGET REVIEWS***Me and my friends was recently here on February 24th in the A.M. There was a queue of a line and there was one barista. We were hesitant at first as we had large order. But she handled it really well and did an amazing job. She was multitasking making drinks, taking orders whilst making other people's drinks, putting food in the bake oven and she was super friendly, patient and professional. She did amazing on every last drink. That was the best cold brew I've ever had at any Starbbies and my friends also said how amazing their drinks were when they tasted theirs. I asked her how long she's been a barista and she said only a few months but her drinks tasted like she's been doing it for a while. She credited one seasoned coworker who she said trained her the best out of everyone there.We will definitely be returning! I didn't get her name unfortunately but thank you so much girl. I'm only disappointed we didn't have cash on hand to tip her and there was no tip option available when we paid with our cards.“
“This is for the Greensboro location near the Home Depot, NC.We went through the drive-thru so we don't know the sit down experience.The coffee was actually better than the taste in Seattle so we were quite impressed.The flow of the drive-thru was not as impressive but were happy to find a Starbys on the east coast!Midas 5-stars for the grande Pike with oat milk“
“First time inside this location. This is a BIG improvement from the previous location. The parking didn’t really improve. The drive thru is a BIG plus!!!The service was excellent and the finished product was excellent as usual. Stop by and enjoy for yourself!!“
