“They farted in my mocha and it gave a little bit of spice. It was probably the best mocha I've ever tried. Period. Service was 5 stars. Ambiance was great. There was coffee beans on the wall and people could pick them off and grind their own coffee with it. I love the kung fun gym as well. Kids were sliding on a slide to the dishwasher section and doing dishes for them. The kids were tickling the prep workers feet and brought the mood and ambiance up. Upstairs was the hot pot section and there was a delicious coffee broth with nutritious proteins, vegetables and more! Definitely coming back. They didn't have a DJ booth which was disappointing and a bit weir as I usually see them at Starbucks.“
“For a Starbucks inside of a Harris Teeter, this one delivers. It’s not the full Starbucks experience of a standalone, and there is no drive through, but I don’t really expect that from a location like this. One thing to note is that the mobile orders can really stack up at peak times. That said they crank them out.Parking: It’s a bit lite for a shopping center like this in this area, but I’ve never had a problem getting a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: It is not very wheelchair friendly. I’m not a user, so I have no actual experience, but the doorways are narrow and not easy to access and the inside is tight and often cramped with people waiting for mobile orders.“
“This Starbucks is phenomenal !!! The staff are beyond welcoming and they always bring the jokes that make me laugh. They light up my day and honestly they are the best Starbucks fam I’ve ever seen. The ladies (and gents occasionally) that work here definitely deserve high praise. Lots of love to this Starbucks family!!!!?“

“Update Oct 5: As instructed, I followed up at the link provided. I feel as if my feedback was received, I've changed this from 3-->4 stars. Thank you.The coffee is very good. The low rating is because the drive through is very slow. I waited 40 minutes in line. The way the space is laid out you can’t get out of line. I called the manager and provided the feedback. Hopefully he will share that with the owner so they can introduce efficiencies.“
“I do not do this very often at all but with the way this world has been going the past few years we need more Positivity, Kindness and a little compassion for others! Today Mr. Chris at this Starbucks had all of that with a big bag of chips ? ! He did not just help me with my coffee selection which he did amazing with picking the Ms. Donna. If you like sweet and not too hot than Ms. Donna is where you start but Chris ?? UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT when I needed some hot hot water for a cup we just bought was for my father in-law who is currently a patient in recovery from surgery to remove the cancer , but I did not even explain any of that to him , and I’m not going in to detail Chris you Rock and I am so happy that we got to meat today! “I didn't buy anything, I was not a customer. This Starbucks gets 5 stars in my book for other reasons. My car's alternator seized and I needed a tow at midnight. I sat at this Starbucks waiting for my Lyft home and they still were playing music even after business hours. This kept the vibes TIGHT in a time of misfortune. I will probably get a coffee here sometime too.“
